Next time I go back home, I want to try a series of sake breweries in my neighborhood!

The first experience of Hyakumangoku white
It was fruity like an apple but a little too sweet for me personally. But it's also slightly thick and crunchy-apple-y!
Dark yellow in color. It is not cloudy. It has a strong sour smell. It has a strong taste and aroma of cemedine. It has a strong bitter taste. It does not have a glamorous feeling, but a feeling of old-fashioned stinky sake. Personally, it is not so good.

Aromas and flavors like floral nectar fill the mouth and travel lightly down the throat. There is a strong alcoholic sensation, with a strong acidity and bitterness. There is a feeling that lingers on the tongue after drinking. I'm not a fan of alcoholic drinks, but this one was quite delicious.
