Pale gold color, but without much sense of maturity.
Slightly light, with strong acidity.
It is rather sweet.
It has a sharp, clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it.
The umami flavor also comes through with a zing, making it a deeply flavored sake.
The 87th cup of sake
I was curious about the Sono Kangiku RED that Joe was drinking, so I went to a nearby liquor store, but they only had Ocean, so I passed on the Kangiku (why not 🤣) and bought Myokozan and this.
This store carries a variety of sake, but they charge extra on the regular price except for the minor ones. So the chrysanthemum is also expensive. I think it's acceptable and I'm willing to pay for the transportation cost 🤔. I think 🤔.
I'm not sure if it's possible considering the cost of transportation 🤔.
The aroma smells like alcohol. Strong koji-like flavor. Graininess too. It has a vigorous sparkling-like taste. It is not sweet, but there is no bitterness or pungency either. It is dry, sharp, and nice.
I like the words on the label, "Brew a dream by brewing sake.
Good morning bouken 😃
I'm not sure if there's such a thing 😳⁉️ on top of the price ⁉️ I'm worried about the sake I want to drink 😆 Yumesozo is a stylish name for sake 👍I can feel your passion for sake brewing 😊.
Good morning, bouken 😃.
I'm surprised at the added charges as well: ❗️
I'm surprised that even regular liquor stores, if not evil supermarkets, have such stores 😵.
I'm also surprised that you think it's acceptable 🤣.
Hi bouken...I go to a liquor store in the countryside and I've seen pre-brewed liquor sold at pre-priced prices, but I don't think I've ever seen it for a little more than that 😂.
Brewing a dream...cool 😳 a line I'd like to use: 🤣❗️
Good evening Rafa😊.
I think it's sold at the regular price or above except for very minor or standard sake 😅I've always wanted to drink it because of the name☺.
Good evening, Mr. Chichi😃.
It seems that there is a mixture of brands that deal directly with the brewery and those that are obtained and sold off-shore 💦I have no choice but to buy Kangiku because the stores that carry it are far away, but I basically think that pre-priced sake should be destroyed 🤗.
It was a junmai sake with a refreshing apple-like overtone that passed through the nose☺️.

I got a bottle of sake from a brewery near my brother's house, so I opened it.
It is a very refreshing sake.
After a clear taste, a sour taste comes. The aftertaste is clean.
It might be sweet? But it is not so. It is in the middle.
I had the impression that Ishikawa Prefecture had a lot of mellow sake, but I didn't know they had such clear sake. I want to try another sake from this brewery.
Maybe Ishikawa Prefecture has a high level...
Next time I go back home, I want to try a series of sake breweries in my neighborhood!
