I got a bottle of sake from a brewery near my brother's house, so I opened it.
It is a very refreshing sake.
After a clear taste, a sour taste comes. The aftertaste is clean.
It might be sweet? But it is not so. It is in the middle.
I had the impression that Ishikawa Prefecture had a lot of mellow sake, but I didn't know they had such clear sake. I want to try another sake from this brewery.
Maybe Ishikawa Prefecture has a high level...
Next time I go back home, I want to try a series of sake breweries in my neighborhood!

The first experience of Hyakumangoku white
It was fruity like an apple but a little too sweet for me personally. But it's also slightly thick and crunchy-apple-y!

Aromas and flavors like floral nectar fill the mouth and travel lightly down the throat. There is a strong alcoholic sensation, with a strong acidity and bitterness. There is a feeling that lingers on the tongue after drinking. I'm not a fan of alcoholic drinks, but this one was quite delicious.
