I'm a Mikawa samurai ‼️Maruishi Brewery is called Futaba 😁.
(I learned a little about ponzu from😗
It's a million years and three months too early to make a smug face, so I'll stop now.
I bought it at a certain roadside station when I went to Aichi prefecture for work.
I'm sure you'll be able to find something that will help you get through the day.
This is where I met Mikawa Mushi😝.
The taste....
It was sake!
The only thing I found out was that after a little while in the mouth, it smelled like the straw of the rice paddies I used to play in when I was a kid, or like nuka (I'm just an amateur🤣).
Thank you to Mikawa Mushi from Aichi Prefecture for letting me know that there is a sake with such a nostalgic taste😊.
Western-style sake "Mikawa Mushi" Junmai - Lightly nigori Namadome-Sake
はいNipponSakeRecordNo.269[No.107 in 2021]
しばしば This sake was also obtained at the Maruishi Brewery's autumn sales event on the 21st 😊.
It's a new sake, lightly nigori, so of course it's delicious ️It's drier than Futaba, but it has the same aroma and density as Futaba😃.
The most important thing is the pleasant acidity. If you like Futaba, you must try it at least once🤣.
Approximate level of satisfaction
★★★★★=Super satisfied!
★★★★☆=Great satisfaction!
★★☆☆☆=Satisfied!
★★☆☆☆☆=A bit regrettable.
★★☆☆☆☆=A little too close. ☆☆☆☆=Not to my taste.

When I drank it, I had the impression that the acidity was quite strong.
It has a little bitterness afterwards, but
It is a sake that is easy to drink with an assertive mouthfeel.
It is also a sake to be careful not to drink too much.
The second day
Hmm?
There's a fizzy feeling when you open the bottle, which wasn't there on the first day!
The taste is as good as ever.
Third day
It's delicious with a good balance of flavor and bitterness. I liked it here.
I bought it yesterday along with Futaba. This time it was recommended to me as a special sake again. It tastes drier, fresher and punchier than Futari. The alcohol content is 17% and it's like a Mikawa-bushi. 1415yen
I was introduced to this product by a colleague.
I had never heard of this brand before, so I thought it must be a classical sake, but when I found out that the brewery brewed Futari, I was very interested in it.
The aroma is mild. It has a pear-like atmosphere. It has a gassy feeling.
It has a weak sweetness and a refreshing acidity that is not too strong. There is a slight alcohol feeling.
The aftertaste is a weak bitterness and a strong flavor. The finish is short, so it is quite crisp.
It has the impression of a modern dry sake. It is easy to drink and suitable for drinking during meals.
It's the beginning of the week again, and on Monday night I'm having a drink while watching "Rui Yoshida's Sakaba Houroki" on BS-TBS from 9pm.
I was thinking about how Yoshida Rui was drinking Kawanakajima Genmai with a side of gameni.
Tonight's main dish was Hamamatsu gyoza.
My wife added bean sprouts to make it look like Hamamatsu gyoza, which is GOOD👍.
I went to Ikebukuro Seibu after work to pick up some sake, knowing that the main dish tonight would be Hamamatsu Gyoza.
I assumed that it would be something with fizz and acidity.
In the meantime, I chose sake from the area relatively close to Hamamatsu.
Let's start with a piece of bread!
From the name of the sake, "Mikawa Samurai", I was thinking that it would have a hard taste like Torii Mototada or Honda Sakuzaemon, or too much bravery like Honda Heihachiro Tadakatsu...
The taste is refreshing. The taste is refreshing, with a hint of citrus and a touch of fizz, rather modern.
It's also good as a food sake👍.
It is a modern sake with a good impression.
I am a secret fan of Tokugawa Ieyasu. I have visited Nikko, Edo, Sunpu (Shizuoka), Kunouzan and Hamamatsu, but I have not visited Okazaki.
I would like to visit Okazaki one day and drink Mikawa samurai and two rabbits in Okazaki😊.
This sake is recommended by a sake shop, but it's actually from the brewery of Futaba.
It's a fire-retarded sake, but it's gassy.
The taste of rice, sweetness and sourness are well balanced and safe to drink.

Light, refreshing, a little lactic acidity and some sharpness (add in sparkling white wine), but overall smooth and good at the beginning of the meal.
This sake is good.
The polish is 70, but there is no miscellaneous taste!
The flavor is concentrated, and it has a refreshing feel.
I enjoyed it with shrimp today.
The sourness comes first, and then the deliciousness comes.
It is refreshing and delicious. The appetizer is chicken tataki and deep-fried food.
The sake cup goes forward. It is delicious!
