ヒラッチョ
It's the beginning of the week again, and on Monday night I'm having a drink while watching "Rui Yoshida's Sakaba Houroki" on BS-TBS from 9pm.
I was thinking about how Yoshida Rui was drinking Kawanakajima Genmai with a side of gameni.
Tonight's main dish was Hamamatsu gyoza.
My wife added bean sprouts to make it look like Hamamatsu gyoza, which is GOOD👍.
I went to Ikebukuro Seibu after work to pick up some sake, knowing that the main dish tonight would be Hamamatsu Gyoza.
I assumed that it would be something with fizz and acidity.
In the meantime, I chose sake from the area relatively close to Hamamatsu.
Let's start with a piece of bread!
From the name of the sake, "Mikawa Samurai", I was thinking that it would have a hard taste like Torii Mototada or Honda Sakuzaemon, or too much bravery like Honda Heihachiro Tadakatsu...
The taste is refreshing. The taste is refreshing, with a hint of citrus and a touch of fizz, rather modern.
It's also good as a food sake👍.
It is a modern sake with a good impression.
I am a secret fan of Tokugawa Ieyasu. I have visited Nikko, Edo, Sunpu (Shizuoka), Kunouzan and Hamamatsu, but I have not visited Okazaki.
I would like to visit Okazaki one day and drink Mikawa samurai and two rabbits in Okazaki😊.
