Mikawabushi純米吟醸 生原酒 & 純米 生原酒
ばんばんぶー
I found Mikawa Bushi by Nisato's Maruishi Brewery at Maxvalu and bought it without a second thought.
Perhaps it is a regular local brand?
It was a delicious sake, as modern as Ni-Utsuno.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyu
Sweet and juicy, with a melon aroma and a slight gassy feeling. The lingering body is also firm because it is a pure sake.
Junmai Nama-nihanzake
The sweetness is more refreshing than that of Junmai Ginjo, and the body is lighter, so the melon aroma stands out more. However, the alcohol content of this one is higher (17%) than the Junmai Ginjo.
I think I prefer this one.
