Mikawa Bushi by Maruishi Brewing obtained on an expedition. This time it was Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake.
It has a fruity flavor mixed with refreshing acidity and umami. Of course Ni-Uto is delicious, but Mikawa-bushi is also irresistibly delicious❗️The well-balanced taste makes the sake cups go down smoothly.
I️love the relationship between Ni-Uto and Mikawa-bushi as much as I️love Sharaku and Miyazumi. It's delicious‼️.

Mikawa Bushi by Maruishi Brewery, which I got on an expedition. I love Ni-Utari, but this is the first time I've had this one. I suppressed my eagerness and opened the bottle.
It has a fresh, fruity sweetness. It is a junmai nama sake, and its somewhat robust flavor seems to go well with autumn flavors.
Basically, it is a local sake that is often consumed in Aichi Prefecture, but like Nito, it is also delicious ❗️.
I would like to drink it if I find it outside of the prefecture. It's delicious ❗️.

I was surprised to see an unknown sake brewery in Daimaru. I tasted a variety of sake made from rice called Manzai rice.
It was quite different from Nitousato's sake, but it had a nice fresh greenness and sweetness that was not too sweet.
The balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness is excellent!
But you know, I have only had it once, but I like Ni-Utsuri better.

I was going to participate in the "Nisato Yoi no SAKE BAR" held at Maruishi Brewery the other day, but I couldn't because of my own schedule...💦I wanted to at least go to the direct-sale shop, so I just bought some sake and quickly withdrew while enviously watching the excitement of everyone else on the side 😭.
I got this Mikawa Bushi at that time. It is a sake characterized by its guttural acidity and mellow flavor. It is the opposite of summer sake which is usually refreshing, but I️ think it goes well with broiled eel or miso katsu (pork cutlet).

This sake is brewed by Maruishi Brewery, famous for Ni-Hare. It has a perfect balance of rice flavor and acidity, and the aroma is fresh. Because it is a draft sake, it may seem heavy at first, but as the temperature gradually rises from cold to hot, it becomes very easy to drink, and the overall balance becomes apparent. Many people around me had another glass (lol).

Perhaps it is a regular local brand?
It was a delicious sake, as modern as Ni-Utsuno.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyu
Sweet and juicy, with a melon aroma and a slight gassy feeling. The lingering body is also firm because it is a pure sake.
Junmai Nama-nihanzake
The sweetness is more refreshing than that of Junmai Ginjo, and the body is lighter, so the melon aroma stands out more. However, the alcohol content of this one is higher (17%) than the Junmai Ginjo.
I think I prefer this one.

The first thing that hits the palate is the acidity. The aftertaste is pungent and bitter. Or is it a bit of miscellaneous taste? The aftertaste is quite long.
I would like to have some snacks. But I am not sure what to pair with it.
