This is a special junmai with a rice polishing ratio of 55%. The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, the aroma spreads softly and calmly with a sense of umami. It is mild with little acidity, yet very tasty. It has a sharp aftertaste, which is just the way I like it.

Watery, but strong sake 🍶. Very smooth. Good without excess or deficiency 👍. No decoration and little insistence. Can be served with a lick of rice. The ginjo aroma is only 0 and assertive, not spectacular, but that makes it gentle and easy to drink.
