Tenshin Risshun Asa Shibori was so good that I found Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Sake Brewery's Risshun Asa Shibori and bought it & drank it immediately for good luck 😆.
Mmmm! Delicious!
Fresh and slightly sweet with a clean aftertaste, it's a gobi-gubi deal. I was able to drink it up with everyone in my parents' house to pray for sake and good health this year! I'm afraid I'm going to get addicted to Risshun Asa Shibori every year 🤣.
Good evening, Tsukitate-san!
Shiraito is delicious enough even when it's fired, but I'm drooling just imagining it as an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
Is this limited to Hakata?
Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san😄
There was a pre-order on the brewery's website (it's closed), but the only store that sold it normally was the one store I happened to find. I think it is probably only in nearby areas. Sorry I don't know more about it.
It does not interfere with New Year's dishes,
But it also has the assertion of the sake.
It has a fruity taste,
but you can't feel the acidity,
Delicious☆.
Souvenir from my best friend's trip to Fukuoka
Sweet and mild with a nice aftertaste
You can taste the delicious rice flavor.
A delicious sake that you can drink as much as you want!
Thank you, my best friend!
Fukuoka Trip to a Sake Brewery
Enjoyed at room temperature right away!
Great flavor with no cloying taste!
Pressed the old-fashioned way by spring wood
Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Sake🍶.
They sent it to us from Fukuoka and you don't see it in Tokyo.
I think it was cold that day, so I had it heated up, but before it was ready, I tasted a little in a boar cup at room temperature and it tasted better that way 😅.
So I drank it cooled down 😅.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, it is not as fresh and gorgeous as the Tanaka Rokuugo that we drank the other day, but it has a refreshing sweet and sour taste with a full-bodied umami flavor that is just as good.
I think it tastes better than the fire-aged Tanaka Rokuugo (sorry for dissing you again 😅).
It was delicious 🍶.

Purchased at a supermarket.
This is a regional limited edition sake from Shiraito Shuzo, the brewer of the famous Fukuoka-produced Tanaka Roku Go.
The rarity is quite high.
At room temperature.
The aroma is faintly lychee-like.
The taste is light and calm. There is a slight acidity.
Although it will soon be November, the taste is perfect for mid-autumn, when the weather has become slightly chilly over the past week or two.
We had it with fried bean curd. It may be perfect with simply seasoned dishes.
Even sake beginners can enjoy this flavor.
Purchased at Sumiyoshi Shuhan during a business trip to Hakata.
Delicious! I like it! It has a beautiful, clear flavor. The smooth sweetness and acidity make it easy to drink on its own, and it doesn't interfere with the taste of food, so there is nothing to complain about as a mealtime sake. I would like to repeat this.
