Tanaka Rokugo's memorial sake birthplace
I wonder if we should really register it as Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Sake Brewery?
I know it's signed ubusuna, so it's okay to register it as a sansho.
This sake commemorates 15 years of Tanaka Rokuo. The brewery is also celebrating its 170th anniversary. It seems that it was brewed with rice brought from Itoshima.
We were lucky to get a bottle of Toyo Bijin and Hana no Koka.
I remember that Tsukemen was called "Gansha" a long time ago, but I remember it as "Gansha" with a lot of fat on the back. I think it was a dirty store under the overpass.
9.7
The top nose has a gentle sweet lactic acid aroma and a slight muscatelike aroma.
The texture is slightly thick and fizzy.
It has a strong but rounded sweetness, muscat and lychee-like aroma, and a strong but rounded rice flavor. The bitterness and umami, which seem to come from nigori, appear in the back end, and it finishes crisply.
It is quite tasty.
Compared to the usual sansho, the volume of the flavor and the bitterness and sharpness of the aftertaste are distinctive.
Shiraito Sake Brewery's Limited Edition Shiraito SP
The proprietress' sister bought this sake that was left when she visited the brewery last month.
It is a sake made from Yamadanishiki🌾 produced in Itoshima.
The aroma on the nose is softly sweet with a hint of acidity.
It has a mild, juicy, sweet flavor on the palate.
The aroma is more floral and the taste is mellower than the original Shiraito.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
