When I went back to my parents' house, they did not have the Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo I was looking for, so I bought this one that I had wanted to try.
It had no peculiarities at all and was easy to drink with a refreshing taste and good acidity.

I have had Shiraito 55 many times, but perhaps because it had been a while since I tasted sake, it tasted even better than usual.

It is refreshing to drink, but it also has a delicious flavor and sweetness that keeps me drinking it for a long time.
