It is sludge as the label says.
When I took it out of the refrigerator, about 80% of it had settled and hardened in the bottle.
After repeatedly turning the bottle upside down, I managed to pour it into a glass.
It was a very sloppy drink.
It has the texture of rice on the tongue, but it is not as sweet as I expected.
Rather, it has a strong alcoholic spiciness!
After finishing the bottle, a feeling of sweetness from the rice wafts into the mouth.
Would it have been better to drink it at room temperature rather than chilled?
Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting
It was fun to participate in an off-line meeting after a long time, organized by Umaumai-san.
I decided to bring my own sake instead, which I tasted at a department store event and liked and purchased.
Compared to the other specs, I think it had a more robust overall flavor and a sense of maturity. I like the sound of "limited edition".
Each of the sakes that everyone brought had their own feelings in them,
It was very enjoyable to taste them.
Thank you very much.
Please refer to bouken's post for more details 😉.
Good evening, Lutemi 🦉.
I've never seen this before 😳The label is an obi, which is a limited edition sake! It looks like it's perfect for bringing over 😉👍.
I'd love to visit Sakai sometime 😊.
Hi Pon 😊
If I hear it's limited, I have to bring you along 😆.
It would be wonderful if you could come to Sakai 🙆I hope you get a chance soon. I hope you get a chance soon🙆.
The 27th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
One of the seven breweries in Takayama City, Funasaka Shuzo's main brand. Purchased at a supermarket in Takayama City.
The aroma is nutty and savory.
On the palate, the sweetness comes first, followed by a dry aftertaste.
Sakai Bring Your Own Off-line Meeting 2025⑥.
Sake brought by Luteltemi.
I think he said it was aged sake🤔.
I remember tasting and buying Miyama Kiku at a department store a long time ago.
It doesn't say the rice polishing ratio, so I wonder if it's a regular sake.
Maybe because it's an aged sake, it's deep and full-bodied.
It's a little heavy in the mouth.
Everyone said it should be warmed up 😁.
Nemuchi-san seems to have tasted it and wrote that they only bring it to events and don't sell it on the internet!
Good evening, bouken-san. 🌜️ I met the brewer at the Hankyu event and he was selling the product saying "I only bring it when I'm there and you can't buy it online" 😊I met him twice and he said it both times so I'm sure of it 😁.
Nemuchi-san, good evening 🌃
I searched for this sake but there's not much information about it, so your post was helpful 🙏.
I didn't know it was such a special sake, I should have tasted it with a little more bite😅.
Last week I bought a limited edition sake at a sake brewery in the old town of Hida Takayama. It was a Junmai Daiginjo in a wooden box. It is delicious with a honey-like sweetness.
This sake is strong at 19 degrees. Naturally, it has an ale-like taste, but it is relatively refreshing. When heated, it becomes a gentle sake with a little sweetness.
Tasting at Hankyu Department Store (2)
The booth of Miyama Chrysanthemum.
I had tasted at the same place before, but I didn't post it, so I tried again.
And for some reason, they recommended me a lot of expensive sake.
The sake was gorgeous in aroma and full-bodied.
The aroma is gorgeous, and you can taste the full-bodied flavor. It is delicious.
Daiginjo Yotsuboshi
The beautiful mouthfeel of a fine daiginjo is followed by a clean, crisp, dry taste.
Daiginjo Yotsuboshi Ten
This Daiginjo is darker and has a stronger umami flavor. The taste is good, but the price is ...
Miyama Chrysanthemum Heki
It has a nutty taste and a deep umami. It is rather sweet and umami, with a sake-like aftertaste.
Miyama Chrysanthemum Ao
The moment I drank it, I was like, "Hmm? I am not sure if it comes from the acidity or not, but it has a unique flavor and a subtle taste. I don't know if it was the acidity or not, but could it be called unique?
There was also a "H" in addition to the "Heki" and "Ao," but it was a blend of "Heki" and "Ao," so I didn't drink it.
I heard that the sales brewer only brings this series to events and doesn't sell it online or anything.
Funasaka Shuzo Brewery

It has an elegant and refreshing aroma and a gentle rice flavor,
It has a crisp and clean finish.

This time, I came to Takayama in Gifu Prefecture. It is also a good idea to buy what you see in the supermarket.
Sweet aroma, soft water, and a sharpness that brings a decent dryness to the sweetness of the rice. It was a nice sake with a sweet aroma and a nice sharpness.
