Eldest son and his girlfriend dine at our house, continued
Surprisingly, my eldest son's girlfriend drinks, so what's next for Masumi? The orthodox and delicious one? A slightly unique one? I asked her, and she answered, "The unique one.
Whether it is actually unique or not is another question,
Next is Miyamakikiku Limited Edition Red Sake!
I bought this at Takashimaya in Nagoya on my way back from a business trip to Gifu in the first half of last GW.
The brewer was selling sake tasting at the store. Sake around here, you can't tell the difference at all from the back 😦.
The guy at the store said that it is not open to the public and you have to drink it.
After tasting 4 kinds (red, blue, purple, and junmai), I thought the red was the most typical of this sake and brought it back to my house!
When you drink it, it has a strong flavor and 19% alcohol.
It is dark and tastes like rice.
But it's not that strong, so it's a dangerous one that you can drink more and more!
But my son's girlfriend really drinks a lot.
Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊.
After my son and his girlfriend left, I said to my wife "that boy drinks a lot lol" and she said "he drank more than you did lol"
Yes, I'm already losing 😂.
Thank you ma-ki-😊.
I feel like I have 3 kids at home and they all bring their partner. Maybe my wife and kids feel like friends?
Actually, we are going out to dinner with the same members again this evening. I'm going to go drink like an adult 🍶.
It is a very tasty sake with a high alcohol content. It had the feel of a ginjo. The specs are undisclosed, but it is believed to be junmai ginjo, and although the alcohol content is 19%, it has a softness like 16%. It is a very fine sake and the sake bottle is lovely. The drinking recommendations are also nice.
On aroma, it is more of lactic acid - cream and milk. I don’t spot much of ginjo sweetness. On taste it is still some sourness, with bitterness a bit too prominent. I think the balance is not so good as I cannot locate the ginjo fruity sweetness in this sake.
