This was recommended to me by the restaurant staff as a good match for sashimi.
It is a spicy to sweet taste in your mouth until it reaches your throat.
I want to drink it again!
It is mild, rounded and delicious.
It is a little less assertive,
It is a very beautiful sake, and you can continue drinking it easily.

Fukuharasan
Another brand of Tasake sake brewery.
It is a refreshing cold sake. Even when heated up, the alcohol does not feel too strong, but it is still a refreshing sake.
Very tasty.
It is good with beef noodle, boiled herring fish, tomato salad, and anything else. There is no sense of added alcohol.
It is a good sake for a meal with a nice sharpness.
This is good when you want a refreshing sake.
A ginjo version of Tasake, which I fell in love with when I went to Aomori.
It happened to be on the list at a restaurant in Shinbashi.
When I ordered it, I was told "You are a connoisseur, aren't you?
That's because I used to go to Aomori.

This is my second contribution to Kikusen.
This sake is delicious no matter how many times you drink it.
The ginjo aroma and fruity flavor in the mouth are irresistible.
It has a slightly sweet taste, but it doesn't linger in the mouth, so you can easily drink it.
Tonight's entrée was grilled black sea bream, chikuzen-ni, dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), and raw wakabu salad.
It was cold outside, so we decided to warm up the sake!
Kikusen, a brand of the same brewery that produces Tazake!
They say it's al-soke (alcohol-added)!
That's fine.
Please make it a little warmer.
It came out in a glass of chirori.
The color is fresh.
Tastes like warmed filtered apple juice
The acidity is light.
It goes well with the hot stewed motsu.
The owner of the restaurant and the proprietress are not very talkative people.
It's been a while since I've tasted sake without talking.
By the way, I had this sake cold two years ago at Aomori Norakuro!
It's a good thing that I met this rare sake here in Sapporo!

It is a daiginjo Shizuku Shibori from Kikusen.
It was quite sweet. It has a strong fruity taste and is soft on the palate, making it easy to drink.
The tangy feeling when you drink it is really instantaneous, so I recommend it to those who are not good at sake.
I recommend it to those who are not good at sake.
However, if you don't like sweet sake, you might want to refrain from drinking it.

Impression
Aruzome, but fruity without being bitter.
It has a sharpness like rice wine, but not as sharp as rice wine.
