Today I will have "Kikusen" instead of "Tasake". Junmai is "Tasake" and Asoe is "Kikusen", right? The sake with al-soze has a beautiful ginjo aroma that is transferred to the sake, giving it a refreshing impression on the palate, but this sake has a nice "Tasake" atmosphere underlying the ginjo aroma. Today's entrée was kelp kamaboko, dried kinme seaweed, and Thai sashimi, but no matter which sake you serve with it, you can easily drink it without any hindrance. It is a good sake to have a bottle in the refrigerator.

I won the lottery for the sake I wanted to try, so I came here to buy one more bottle, and I was attracted by Aizu Miyazumi and Kafuda-shu, but the main sake was too expensive so it was over my budget😅. I found a reasonably priced sake that I wanted to try, so I bought it ✨Kikusen from Nishida Shuzo, the same brewery as Tasake😍It's not junmai, but I'm looking forward to it! The aroma is like green apple. It has the same beautiful umami as the Tasake, but this one has a sharp acidity that pushes it over the edge! In total it is a dry sake✨. Dry sake is what I think of as a food sake these days, so I had a soft salad rice cracker by my side! Oh, I've paired it with sake at a sake seminar...and since it's rice, it seems to go well with it. It's delicious when paired with ✨I think it goes well with the umami that stands out 😊. The price was under 1500 yen so it was easy on the wallet too 😆.

Good evening, ichiro18😄Kikyuusen from the Tasake brewery, it's dry 😆So it goes well with salad rice crackers because it's the same rice! I might want to give it a try 🧐. But I'm not sure I'm confident enough to go for the dry one yet 🤣.

Good evening, ichiro18 🌙 I see, it's from Nishida Shuzo 🤔. It certainly looks like a classic sake, and would be a good match for sashimi ✨.

Good evening, HinaHanaMama 😃. Thank you very much 😊 I thought this one is easy to drink as it is also sweet and tasty among the dry 😍I think the spiciness of the dry sake turns into umami when paired with food 🤔.

My first Kikusen. I've been avoiding ginjo-shu because of my lack of experience with it, but this is delicious! My world has expanded. ☺️ It's lighter than the Tasake Special Junmai, but the rice flavor is also very strong, and the sense of balance is perfect. This is a great cosmetic value at 1,400 yen. I drank it with edamame, and I don't know if it was the potential of the edamame, but it was a marriage where the edamame felt like corn. Best to soak in good sake tomorrow with the excuse of the 7/5 prediction!

Drinks with college classmates (2) Next up, Kikusen. I think this is my first time drinking this. I didn't know it was from the Tasake sake brewery 😯. It's refreshing, but a little sweeter than the Hakurakusei I just had. Beautiful and slightly sweet? But at my age, there is a lot of talk about health and the old days 😆. The last picture is from the first Chinese restaurant (forgot to take a picture of the yakitori 😭)

Whew, I'm back from Towada🚙😮‍💨 tonight I chose this one that I bought when I went back to my parents' house💁‍♂️ For some reason, you can't buy this sake in Morioka, but you can buy it in Saga. What a mystery 😔. But aside from that, let's start with the standing aroma. The aroma is sweet, gentle and subtle. In the mouth, sweetness of rice and a mellower and softer mouthfeel than I expected. There is a lingering bitterness at the end. Overall, it is a ginjo-shu, but the sweetness is reserved and the aftertaste is refreshing. I'll buy it immediately when I find it 😁. With leek and pork with egg. The leek's unique aroma, sweetness, crunchy texture, pork flavor, and fluffy egg texture bring out the sweet and savory flavor of this sake and reduce the bitterness. It's a good match. ❤️ Rice polishing ratio] 55 Alcohol content】16度 Chives and pork with egg Price including tax】1,485 yen

Kikusen Daiginjo Yamadanishiki I went to Rafes again this week: ✌️ The first cup was chicken shiranyu. A golden soup made with Japan's three great land chicken? It is chicken shiranyu, but not white. The soup has a chicken feel to it. Noodles and chashu pork are delicious✨. The second cup is Napoleon Ken. From the bottom when you mix it. flat noodles like kishimen. According to the restaurant's information, a large bowl costs 690 yen And it's 1000 yen for a fes? Well, that's okay 😁. Third bowl of my way of life ✨ Topped with 5 pieces of quail, veggies, and pork. Topped with all of the above ✨ ✌️ Crisp soy sauce broth and noodles with a Jiro feel. Noodles with a Jiro feel, delicious ✨. But the chashu pork was flimsy 😭 Went to work yesterday in warm weather and short sleeves After the night shift was over Drove in the opposite direction from home In the cold rain, I waited under an umbrella in short sleeves I went into the tent and sipped ramen. After all, I am a ramen fool Manta 😁. This time I drank Kikusen, another brand of Tasake, which was sold as a set with Jikin. Kikusen, another brand of Tasake ✌️ I've had 21 bottles of Tasake but this is my first time drinking Kikusen. The sweetness is subdued It's not too sweet and has a smooth taste to it It's also a bit more dry than the other brands. It's delicious on its own It's also great as a food sake 👍. I'm glad I was able to try it this time: ☺️
