Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it!
The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite.
It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer.
A true adulterous love for adults!

I enjoyed Miya Kanbai's Junmai Daiginjo before, so I tried this one too.

I guess it's a so-called limited time summer sake, but it's unique because most of the other brands have labels with a refreshing summer image.
I wanted to try Miya Kanbai, so I bought it knowing it was made by Kanbai Shuzo.
It has a fluffy pineapple aroma.
It has a fruity taste with a pleasant sweetness and sourness, a nice spiciness, and a good sake taste.
It's an elegant combination, and it's delicious!
It will go well with both Japanese and Western food.
