A friend of mine recently started working at a sweets shop that uses sakekasu (sake lees).

Banana chips made by a local Jamaican who lives in the area were sold together with 👍.
I don't know what it is, it's a little tangy and carbonated on the tongue, but soft and sweet!
Yes, I found another delicious drink 😋.
The banana chips are also not sweet at all, but have a delicious, slightly miso taste. I think it goes well with sake too.
It's a taste I would recommend to others 😚.
*I searched for "Kanmei Shuzo" and came up with a great name, Mr.summer time, it doesn't say that on the label💦.
But it's kinda cool, so I'll register it with this 🤭.

I've been curious about it since I drank Miyakanbai.
A while ago, I visited a liquor store to see if there was anything in the store.
What is it? Miyakanme? I bought a bottle of "Mr Summer Time" from Kanme Shuzo.

I think of it as the end of summer 😅.

It's crisp on the palate, but the taste is well balanced.
