I was able to drink again this year. Perhaps the most impressive bottle I drank last year was Mr. Summer Time.
The top-tasting aroma is a rich ginjo aroma with the full force of Miyakanbai's character.
The mouthfeel is gentle sweetness and umami with mild acidity and a fruity aftertaste, which leads seamlessly to the acidity and bitterness of the finish.
The cup goes down smoothly, and it is simply delicious!
This is my impression on the first day of opening the bottle, but after a few days, the aroma will stand up more and the taste will settle down, and then it will show its full potential.

Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it!
The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite.
It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer.
A true adulterous love for adults!

Miya Kanbai is my favorite sweet and refreshing 💖.

I wanted to try Miya Kanbai, so I bought it knowing it was made by Kanbai Shuzo.
