It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

I was able to drink again this year. Perhaps the most impressive bottle I drank last year was Mr. Summer Time. The top-tasting aroma is a rich ginjo aroma with the full force of Miyakanbai's character. The mouthfeel is gentle sweetness and umami with mild acidity and a fruity aftertaste, which leads seamlessly to the acidity and bitterness of the finish. The cup goes down smoothly, and it is simply delicious! This is my impression on the first day of opening the bottle, but after a few days, the aroma will stand up more and the taste will settle down, and then it will show its full potential. Thank you!

I enjoyed Miya Kanbai's Junmai Daiginjo before, so I tried this one too. The taste is sweet, but it has a minty freshness and a mild acidity that makes it very tasty! It's another sake that you can't help but drink too much of.

Miya Kanbai's Summer Sake Version🌞 Miya Kanbai is my favorite sweet and refreshing 💖. This one has a very sweet taste with a clean aftertaste! but there is an alcoholic aftertaste I think I like the usual one better I think I like it better than the usual one. But the aftertaste is so refreshing it's like summer! 👍 I love summer! 🍉

The chic design, like a wine label, caught my eye. I guess it's a so-called limited time summer sake, but it's unique because most of the other brands have labels with a refreshing summer image. I wanted to try Miya Kanbai, so I bought it knowing it was made by Kanbai Shuzo. It has a fluffy pineapple aroma. It has a fruity taste with a pleasant sweetness and sourness, a nice spiciness, and a good sake taste. It's an elegant combination, and it's delicious! It will go well with both Japanese and Western food.
