This is the second bottle of the seven-drink comparison 🍶.
It is a gift from a friend.
Here is the rice!
I will drink it cold 🍶.
The aroma is slightly fruity💕.
The color is beautiful.
The mouthfeel is a little bit thick 😊The spiciness comes first 😊It's refreshing.
It has a sharp taste at the back of the throat.
I don't really feel the umami of rice but I don't dislike the feeling that it comes with a bang 😅.
Today's pairing is Meat Tofu!
It's a good sake that doesn't interfere with the meal👍

The nose is light and fresh, with extremely slender, elegant aromas of fragrant pear and jasmine. On the palate, it tastes like the first snow, very pure, mineral, sticky popsicle flavors then fill the mouth. The structure is stable and well balanced. Suggested to pair with loose leaf crab, glow squid.
It is a wine that will be remembered year after year.

It has been a long time since I have had this sake. It has a slight smell when opened, clear color, and deep dry taste in the mouth. I like the sweetness that starts to appear at the bottom of the cup about halfway through 💕Happy moment 😋.

The last drink we had was this one ✨.
Hakkaiyama Junmai Daiginjo Hyokushitsu Storage for 3 years.
Aroma of mellow and sweet rice, soft sweetness on the palate with a gentle aftertaste and a sharp acidity that leads to a gentle spreading sweet aftertaste.
Perfect for shime (Japanese rice wine).
The salt content was taken away by the decomposition of alcohol, so the salt ramen with its gentle flavor and richness was just the right amount of intoxicating!
［Whenever I come to Poziya, I almost always have about 6 drinks, so the number of reviews for this spot has skyrocketed 🤣.
