At the 40th anniversary event, 12 kinds of sake were compared.
I was deeply moved because it was the first sake I fell in love with.
I didn't know there were so many varieties.

The sparkling sake was sweet and juicy, while the raw sake had a strong acidity and depth.
I especially liked the in-house yeast brewed sake, which was very easy to drink and soft on the tongue. It is not often that I have a chance to drink sake, but that is why I am glad to have encountered it.
I am still familiar with Senju, and I would like to try other sake from time to time.
