I first heard of Kubota through a video game.
In the RPG Star Ocean by Square Eni, there was a sake called Kubota as a cooking item, and I found out that Kubota existed when I searched to see if it really existed.
It is a very tasty sake, which explains why it is one of the three most famous sake brands in Japan.
