Found Kubota at a liquor store 🙄.
I have been wanting to try it for a while and bought some ❕😀.
As soon as I opened the bottle, the sweet aroma spread.
It's not fruity but sweetness of rice, just like I imagined Niigata sake 😋.
The sweetness spreads in the mouth at first, but it goes in smoothly and easily.
It was perfect with the sashimi and sushi we bought, and is a well-balanced sake that is better as a mealtime sake than as a stand-alone sake 🤩.

I paired it with curry as if it was a lassi!

I like the drink that goes with curry 😻I've always been curious about this one and went to check it out this week but it was sold out😂.

I'm a Kubota lover, so I was curious to try it.
I had an image that the sake was quite sake-like, but I guess it's easier to drink than other types of sake 🍶.
I think it's okay even if it's not a nama sake... (◠‿◠◠)
I really recommend this place!

Niigata Sake no Jin 2025!
I'm always saying, "Can I have it? The Asahi Shuzo brewery always makes me say, "I can have it!", and they are always so generous!
I always get the generous Asahi Shuzo, Kubota's Manju unfiltered raw sake! This is luxurious and delicious...
And the amount of sake poured is much larger than other breweries!
Oh, thank goodness..! It's soaking in..! It's too delicious.
There was a huge line at the beginning of the show, but in the second half of the show, there was almost no line at all. I recommend the second half of the day, even if you're drunk, you can tell it's delicious.
