This is the second drink of the dancyu party. The third photo shows the rock salt part-wrapped grilled sea bream with caviar and Vin Jaune sauce using Kubota's Senju, and the fourth photo shows the special baked miso foie gras mousse using Manju, made by the chef at New Otani. Yup! The flavors didn't come in because I was too drunk 🤣. Now, the Senju Junmai Ginjo. At first I wasn't sure about the top notes, but when I put it in my mouth, the banana overtone aroma spread softly! The mouthfeel is clean, with a moderate sweetness, umami, and a crisp acidity to finish it off👍. I was able to interact with people at the same table through mutual followings on the food log, but there were no sake-no-wa users, so I had to advertise 🍶.

I signed up for dancyu's foodie club party as a trial and won ✨I went to Hotel New Otani to combine my food log and saké no wa activities 😁. I was looking forward to seeing what we could eat and drink because I didn't know what we could eat and drink beforehand 😍. There was a Kubota booth so I had a drink 🍶. It's a plastic cup about the size of a boar's mouth, so it's hard to review the amount of sake, but I'll give it a try! It has a gorgeous fruity aroma! Beautiful mouthfeel, I didn't feel any gas! It had a great balance of a beautiful sweetness and a clean acidity to finish it off👍. I have a stupid tongue so I wish I had a little more 👍 The toast at the party was the fourth photo of the sparkling Kubota... 9.19 Postscript I received a bottle of Kubota Junmai Daiginjo Sandesi as a souvenir from the party.

I received this sake a long time ago. I have kept it in the refrigerator for a long time. The reason is that it is a waste to drink it.... I saw Manju at a izakaya in Umeda, Tokyo, where a glass of Manju costs more than 2,000 yen. I couldn't drink it any more. I was thinking "on some anniversary," but momentum is important too (laugh). Nothing in particular happened today, and it suddenly became the day of the opening of the bottle. I am now about to finish the 4,000 yen bottle at the store price. I felt it was fruity. The aroma is slightly apple-like. There is no hint of a tangy taste at all. It goes smoothly in the mouth. It also has a clean dry taste at the end. Kubota is indeed a great Kubota! It is very delicious!
