This brand was served as a pairing when I had a tuna course meal. I was not familiar with sake at the time, but the name was so distinctive (like Kid the Phantom Thief) that I could have said "Kid please" at the liquor store.

Kido is the best cosmetically! However, while "Natsu no Shippu" has already been released, I opened a bottle of Spring Sake without delay 🤣🤣𐤔
I guess it has a surprisingly robust umami flavor than I expected! The acidity gives it a refreshing feeling, but for a spring sake, I think the alcohol content is a bit high, so it feels rather robust.
