This is one from a round trip around the Kii Peninsula involving my friends.
I specified only sake breweries as destinations....
By the way, my friend does not accept alcohol😅.
Sorry....
I will drive when we go north 🤣.
I thought it was wine.
Heiwa Shuzo, Kido's "Agara".
This is a low-polishing sake with a rice polishing ratio of 80%.
It has little miscellaneous flavor and full aroma. It had a richness like ripe melon.
It may be tasty even when aged.
Returned by Furusato tax payment.
It has a good fruity aroma, a clear color with a slight yellowish tinge, a clean aftertaste, and a rice flavor.
Strength: 15%.
Rice milling ratio: 50% for Koji rice, 60% for Kakemai rice
It is insanely delicious.
Kido is delicious no matter which one you drink!
This is the sake that led me to sake.
I was grateful to have it. It is delicious!
