The first new sake is Kido. It seems like every year. It comes out quickly and is, after all, very cost-effective! The subtle sweetness on the palate is followed by the spread of the ginjo aroma. I am so happy!

Core of apple, mildly fruity, ending with a touch of alcohol and some bitterness. Can be served as a food sake or on its own. Delicious with cheese.
Sake bought in Wakayama. It has a fruity aroma and mouthfeel, but the aftertaste is refreshing. Even my oldest and youngest sons, who are not good at drinking, could drink it.
