The fresh and mild aroma, citrusy freshness on the palate, followed by acidity, bitterness, and umami, is extremely delicious! The price of 1,650 yen including tax for a Junmai Daiginjo made from 50% polished Yamadanishiki is too cheap 💦 It is so delicious that it sloshes around and you can't stop drinking it by hand.
