Kido is delicious and cosy! Cheers with "Shiba's be ambitious!" thanks to Mr. Shibata. Fresh aroma of rice. The taste is clear and transparent from the first sip. The sweetness and acidity are refreshing and clean. I like it so much that I can drink it without any snacks. It is so delicious that I drank many glasses. Pairing︰Sababa Namenro (mackerel), Deep-fried octopus, Deep-fried shrimp and rolled egg

Sake (1) drunk at a sushi restaurant 4 Sake we drank at Sushi Karashima in Fukuoka 🍶. This is Kido, which has a standard feel to it. I have the impression that this restaurant chooses sake that goes well with their sushi, rather than sake that is famous 😊. It is fresh, sweet and easy to drink 😉.

Fruity aroma with a hint of sourness and sweetness like ripe mandarin oranges🍊 Juicy and fresh as you would expect from a freshly squeezed wine. ❗️ The beautifully clear acidity and soft umami afterwards are a perfect match 🤤. It is sweet and tasty, but very light and you will never get tired of drinking it! I'm so impressed that a bottle of this is under 3,000 yen. ‼️ Delicious!
