. Dry DRY I'm still wondering what is "dry" dry? I still don't know what dry means😅. It has a refreshing aroma with a hint of sourness. When it's freshly opened and cold, there's a strong plum-like acidity at first. Then peachy and astringent. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes milder, but it is still very sour. After about the third day, the acidity becomes a little less pronounced, and the taste changes from apple-like to green apple-like. The aftertaste is astringent and crisp. When the acidity becomes mild, the aftertaste is astringent and tasty, which is my favorite 😋.
