Katsura Masamune, the main brand name from Kawanakajima's past
It is called Kinmon, but the sake rice is Miyamanishiki.
We had it as a heated sake, and it was a good food wine.
Sake Sen Kurano doesn't cut corners with any of their brands or types.
I was able to feel again the depth of this brewery.
