Well, I'm going on a business trip to Nagano for 2 nights and 3 days starting today. The first day was full of troubles, I couldn't install UNIX OS no matter how many times I tried. I thought about it and the answer I came up with was an initial failure of the hardware. That's not good 🤣.
I was thirsty, so I came here for a drink. A friend of mine who works at a company in Nagano introduced me to this restaurant. Indeed, there were sake breweries from all over Nagano introduced and it was awesome, I was so worried! But Kamerei and Kame no Umi were out of stock.
So, I ordered Miko-chan.
Is this the flavor of the one in the can?
There is no description of the type, and they don't show us the bottle, so we can only judge by the taste. That's interesting too.
I was so thirsty and drank it so fast (I also drank a glass of Nama-Zhong) that I had to refill my 💖Michi-Nori-san.
I could have drunk more, but I had to deal with trouble early tomorrow morning, so I left. I'm looking for a place to eat tomorrow 💫.

It is a much milder sake than the previous one. However, I think it goes well with the existing snacks.

Although the full prevention of the spread of the disease has not been lifted, we are going out to Nagano to stock up on sake. Since I was able to obtain sake, I am going to enjoy local food that I have never had before.
It is crisp and dry. It seems to be brewed in a way that matches the rich flavor of most of the food.
