The first aroma is slightly sweet.
It has a light sweetness with a hint of umami in the mouth.
We enjoyed it with nozawana tempura. ✨️
The third and fourth pictures are of the Higashi Iida Sake Brewery, located about 5 minutes by cab from Kawanakajima Station on the JR Shinonoi Line.
It is really next to the Nishi Iida Brewery that I posted a while ago.
There was no one at the Higashi-Iida Brewery office, so I asked at the Nishi-Iida Brewery, but they said they are not related to Higashi-Iida Brewery in any way, neither as relatives nor as goodwill partners. boukenHi Matsuchiyo-san.

I can't find any information about it on the internet, but I think it is probably a regular sake.
The aroma is a little peculiar and sweet.
I forgot to check the photo because the production date is out of date, but is it a little twitchy? 🤔.
When you put it in your mouth, there is a slight sweetness and a slight sourness.
It is a calm sake for a meal.
The third picture is of the Tenryogyu brewery, a 10-minute walk from Shinshu Nakano Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line... but one of the two buildings that should be there on Google Maps has been cleared and turned into a construction site, and the remaining building where the brewery's store was located has been partially demolished and is now empty. The rest of the buildings where the warehouse shop used to be were also partially demolished and empty.
The photo is of a private house on a neighboring property. Unfortunately, there was an off-limits sign at the entrance, so we were unable to talk to the owner and had to leave.
Due to the train schedule, we took a cab from Nakano to Obuse, and the driver told us that Tenryogyu had gone out of business several years ago.

The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose.

The third and fourth pictures show the Shigaizumi brewery, about a 10-minute walk from Nakano Matsukawa Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line.
At the factory in the back, they were bringing in sake rice. まつちよKatsura Masamune from Sake Sen Kurano, famous for Kawanakajima Genmai.
It was served at room temperature 🍶.
It has a sweet aroma with a hint of acidity.
The palate has a light sweetness with a hint of acidity.
As usual, there are no photos of the food, but we enjoyed it with Kiso's famous pickles, "Sunki". ✨️
It was like a refreshing version of the same lactobacillus fermented takana pickles.

The third one is the old storehouse of Sake Senkurano, located about 5 minutes walk from Imai station of JR Shinonoi line.
This is Mr. Chino's parents' house.
The fourth picture is the new brewery directly across the street from the old one.
According to the master of the restaurant where we usually go, the previous generation built it quite over-spec.

The rotary in front of the nearest station is surrounded by nothing but rice paddies 🌾, 🍎, and 🍑 fields😅.
The front entrance is turned off but it's an automatic door lol まつちよThe restaurant has changed and is now Shinshu Nagaya Sake Shop.
The sake was Wakaroku Honjozo from Imai Sake Brewery.
It was served at room temperature.
The aroma is soft and sweet.
The palate has a classic mouthfeel with a slight acidity and a slightly sweet taste.
It has a clean aftertaste, as is typical of aluzoe.

The third picture is the sake menu of Shinshu Nagaya Sake Bar 🍶.
Except for the new breweries (Yamazan and Iraka) that their suppliers don't carry, they have some kind of Shinshu sake on the menu.
It was the perfect place for the otaku who likes to tour breweries and drink their sake 🤓.
The fourth picture is of the Imai Sake Brewery, about a 7-minute walk from the Nagano Dentetsu Nagano Line Fukutsu Chugakubu Mae station.

Well, I'm going on a business trip to Nagano for 2 nights and 3 days starting today. The first day was full of troubles, I couldn't install UNIX OS no matter how many times I tried. I thought about it and the answer I came up with was an initial failure of the hardware. That's not good 🤣.
I was thirsty, so I came here for a drink. A friend of mine who works at a company in Nagano introduced me to this restaurant. Indeed, there were sake breweries from all over Nagano introduced and it was awesome, I was so worried! But Kamerei and Kame no Umi were out of stock.
So, I ordered Miko-chan.
Is this the flavor of the one in the can?
There is no description of the type, and they don't show us the bottle, so we can only judge by the taste. That's interesting too.
I was so thirsty and drank it so fast (I also drank a glass of Nama-Zhong) that I had to refill my 💖Michi-Nori-san.

However, I think it goes well with the existing snacks. 飲んべえ16Although the full prevention of the spread of the disease has not been lifted, we are going out to Nagano to stock up on sake. Since I was able to obtain sake, I am going to enjoy local food that I have never had before.
