Nokomi has a sweet image, but I was told it is a dry type. I was very curious and bought it.
At room temperature. Slightly tangy. It is not fruity, but has a strong umami taste. It is definitely a dry type, and although there is no sweetness, I personally liked the balance between the umami of the rice and the refreshing sensation. The price was 3,080 yen for a bottle. Satisfying.
