My first ever Kagawa sake! LOL!
Uu! Ma! It's so good!
It says "super dry," but I guess it's more like normal dry.
And if you look closely at the label, it's not just a border, it's "Kagawa" for Kagawa! Fashionable!
If I find it again, I will definitely drink it!

Ayagiku Spring Special Junmai Sake
A special spring-only junmai sake made from 100% Kagawa sake rice "Oceto"!
Mellow and mild aroma.
Smooth on the palate, with a mild umami flavor and a sweetness that is gradually felt like the sunlight of spring.
The refreshing acidity is well balanced, and the taste is clean and slightly dry.
It can be enjoyed chilled or slightly heated!
It can be enjoyed chilled or slightly warmed up!
It is also perfect as a food sake and goes well with dishes using ingredients that will be in season from now on ♫
Tempura of white fish and wild vegetables with salt, or a hot spring roll with bamboo shoots...it's irresistible!
Ingredient rice: ・・・・ 100% Ooseto from Kagawa Prefecture

Very ordinary cup of alcohol (´¦).
You can taste a good sweetness with no added sugar.
I'm happy with the taste, which is very typical for a cup of sake.
It still tastes better when heated.
It's not that unique, just a good cup!
This is the kind of sake I like! This is the kind of sake I like!
Mr. Mitamura went to Kiyotsuru!
He was drinking old sake that you can't usually buy!
This was also at a nearby bar.
I liked the taste! Delicious!
Fruity and full of flavor.
It was an Italian style restaurant,
It went well with the food. I had it with a glass of wine 🍷.
Shimbashi Station Antenna Shop Tour vol. 2
I bought this sake, imagining from the name Sanuki Olive that it would taste somewhat like a fashionable Western-style sake. When I tried it, I found that it was not like that, but rather a sake-like alcoholic beverage.
Its mild sweetness and moderate acidity go well with fish-centered dishes. A junmai sake with a harmonious harmony of flavor and acidity made with "Oceto," a locally grown variety of rice. Its gorgeous ginjo aroma and mild flavor will enhance tonight's meal.

Ayagiku Sanuki Olive Junmai Namaisake
This is a pure rice sake brewed with "Oceto" from Kagawa polished to 60% and "Sanuki Olive Yeast" from olives in Shodoshima!
The fire-roasted type is available all year round, but this is a limited-quantity nama-zake available only now!
It has a fresh blue fruit aroma, a light mouthfeel, and a characteristic acidity that reminds one of tropical fruits such as lychee and passion fruit, which is thicker than the fire-aged type!
The characteristic acidity, reminiscent of tropical fruits such as lychee and passionfruit, is thicker than that of the fire-aged type!
The overall freshness of the wine is balanced by the firm acidity that gives it a thicker body and a good astringency that gives it a nice finish.
It is a perfect match not only with Japanese food, but also with Western food such as French and Italian food!
