We passed through Mikawa Province and went to Owari Province. We order Tsuboya's chikuwa inari sushi as a remnant of Toyokawa Inari, thinking to enjoy Yamasa's chikuwa and Toyohashi's famous quail egg with inari sushi, and drink with Owari Handa's Kin-Shachi. Because the mouthfeel is dry, it is crisp and tightened to reset the various flavors. Atsumi Peninsula at the base of the Chita Peninsula and enjoy the food and drink of the East Mikawa. This Junmai-shu is made from 100% Yume-Ginka rice. It has a spicy taste for a sake degree of +3. I drank it cold because I wanted to drink it quickly, but it smells better when it's lukewarm. I'll try it next time.
