I received this as a year-end gift from my workplace😅 The aroma is moderate and the mouthfeel is gentle and quite tasty 😄 It was a week after opening the bottle, but it had a nice twinge to it, so I put in a warmed tiger puffer fish and enjoyed it.

First issue #35 @ 2022 I woke up early on Saturday and went to the market. They were fresh enough to be made into sashimi, and 16 of them were priced at 500 yen. I've never tried back-breaking, but I'm going to try tempura tonight, but I don't have any sake.... I went to the local supermarket and bought some tempura vegetables, and also bought this one which was cheap for some reason. It seems quite dry to me, as I prefer sweet sake. It goes well with tempura. I ate and drank too much today.

I bought this sake because it was the only sake I had never had in a drinkable size at a local liquor store. Sweet and sour aroma. Beautiful mouthfeel, strong acidity throughout, with a gradual, faint sweetness.

Slightly amber in appearance. When opened, it has a strong ginjo aroma. Yes, it's an old-fashioned aroma that seems to have a strong habit. I wondered if it would be okay. I was afraid to taste the cold sake, but it tasted rather like I expected it to taste. What do you think? It has some quirks, but it has a relatively good flavor and is probably delicious. However, the aroma is still strong. Maybe it goes well with strong flavored dishes. It is a delicious sake with a strong aroma. Thank you very much for your kindness.

The aroma is slightly fresh and new sake? I guess.... I guess it's light sweet on the palate. I thought it was a sweet sake when I first felt a little sweetness, but then I felt the lightness of the sake leaving my nose. The character of sake is passing through. A little sweetness and lightness in harmony, delicious 😋. I've been eating a lot of greasy ramen, fried foods, and oily foods lately, and my liver and triglycerides were caught in a hospital test😅. I'm holding out to just salmon, tofu, natto, and salad chicken at night 😭. On a different note, after eating the salmon sashimi and drinking it, I thought it was a little sour and a good accent to it 😊.
