Today I bought my first brand of Tenryo Sake 🤗.
I was going to buy Garakuyo, but they were sold out, so I bought Tenryo Sake from the same brewery.
We had our usual Domino's Pizza 🍕 for snacks.
First time trying a three-layer pizza with three kinds of cheese and it was 💦 heavy on the cheese.
I can't eat a lot of rich food since my health checkup. I used to be able to eat 8 pieces of Kentucky chicken by myself, but now I feel heavy from the 3rd piece.

The aroma has a strong alcohol smell and the taste is sweet to alcoholic! It's different from what I imagined with a gassy feeling that makes my tongue tingle, but it's good 🤗.

This sake was purchased at the Tenryohai Sake Brewery booth at the Echigo-Kenshin SAKE Festival in Joetsu Takata.
What's in it, Gagakuyo?
We are not sure about that, but it was a mild but slightly bodied sake.
There is a ferry from Joetsu to Sado.
I would like to go to Sado someday and visit here and Hokusetsu 😃.
Some time ago, I visited Tenryohai Sake Brewery for a brewery tour. They seemed to be very busy, and although they called me several times during the tour, they gave me a detailed explanation and took me around the factory.
This is one of the two bottles we tasted at that time. It was a clear, dry sake. It is also delicious, but I think it loses out to Gagakuyo in terms of gorgeousness.

A challenging sake from Niigata Sado "Tenryohai". The title "Toki Roman" attracts me. It has a deep flavor and goes well with cheese. I like Niigata sake that is not light and dry!

Aroma is modest?
The mouthfeel is rummy, but the sweet and sourness comes out a lot in the middle! It's a little too sweet and sour for my liking.
The aftertaste, which is also acidic and sharp, is also very good for the body! 😍😍
Tenryohai Sake Brewery's sake is delicious 🙆I wish I could buy it in my neighborhood!
