Purchased by mail order. It comes in a white bottle. It has a low alcohol content of 12.5 degrees Celsius, which may be due to the fact that it is a pure sake, but it is a little light. The warning printed on the label reads, "Easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much! As the warning printed on the label says, the sake was easy to drink, and I drank more than usual.

This is one of my favorite drinks I've ever had. Purchased by mail order and served with spicy lotus root as a snack. First of all, it has a strong fruit-like aroma, which is typical of daiginjos. It smells like ripe bananas or pears. The taste also has a fruity sweetness, but it is not sweet at all, and while it has a robust flavor, it is very easy to drink, with none of the tanginess that I dislike when it goes down the throat. The production is limited to 2,000 bottles per year.

It is served cold with sashimi. When the bottle is opened, the first thing you notice is the chocolate-like aroma. At first, I thought it would be sweet, which I don't like, but I didn't feel much sweetness on the tip of my tongue. As I drank more, the taste became more refreshing.

Dry sake from Tenryohai Shuzo, a sake brewery on Sado Island. According to the waiter, it is blended with daiginjo, so even though it is a honjozo, it has a daiginjo aroma and a high alcohol content, making it "the go-to sake for non-beer drinkers. I had it with sashimi. As expected, the sensation was very strong. It is less dry than expected, and you can get drunk easily.

●アルコール分：15度 ●原料米：ヒノヒカリ(奈良県産) ●精米歩合：70％ ●日本酒度：-10 アピタで購入。桜ラベル純米。舌先の感じは強くなく好みだが、飲み込むときにアルコール感を強く感じる。お酒だけでは続けて飲めず、食べながらでないと辛い。ちょっと好みとは違う感じ。1日置くと変わると書いている人もいたが翌日も変化は感じられず。
