Endo: ...... It's been a while! It's been a while since I first started drinking sake, when I picked up a bottle of "Keiryu Asashibori" based on its Monde Selection award. I'm sure you'll agree. It's a nigori-activated sake, so I open it carefully. Mmm, about two and a half tablespoons of loss ...... is acceptable. This is a yogurt that has a heavy aroma of milk (nyu~). The first bite was delicious! And then the second bite. It's probably too much information. Maybe there's too much information. A lot of moromi and fizz. And the usual acidity, bitterness and sweetness ....... All of them are very assertive, "Ore ga ore ga! I'm not sure what to make of it. In summary, the bitterness leads the attack. The rest is sweetness, moromi and shuwa shuwa. And then the bitterness teacher shuts the student up again. To be honest, it's hard to keep drinking it. It is possible to drink it for a joke or a story. If you want to drink it for real, you need to lighten it up a bit and get some sweetness (I'm a drinker who looks for sweetness first, then acid after 0.001 seconds). The first sip is delicious! The reason why you feel that the first sip is good is because you drink it before you start cooking, and you feel it is good only by the sense of foam and moromi before you process the information.

16°. I had a bad feeling about muddiness, but I saw this product in a magazine several times and was curious about it. When I opened the bottle, I turned the top and bottom of the bottle over several times to make sure it was evenly distributed, and carefully opened the bottle. I thought it would make a loud popping sound, but it was surprisingly easy to open. It was sweet. It's almost like sweet sake. The alcohol is not that strong. When you put it in a glass, you can feel the gas coming out of it. That gassy feeling gives this sludgy liquid a refreshing taste, and is the reason why I keep drinking it despite the sweetness and sludgy taste.

Bubbles from underneath, like a carbonated drink. the top of the bottle Not to mention the foaming sensation Anyway sweet Deep sweetness like a dried persimmon But it doesn't stay in the mouth When you notice, the top clear water is gone The whole is mixed by bubbles coming from the bottom. I'm not a big fan of the maltiness. It's a little irritating. The price of 1067 yen for this quality is very reasonable!

I bought this one as a souvenir from Nagano prefecture. I've never had nigorizake or doburoku before, but the Endo Sake Brewery's website has a lot of information on how to open a bottle. When I drank it, I found that there was a lot of rough rice (called "round rice") in it, and it was fizzing. The last one I had was a sparkling sake, but this one had a strong, original sake sparkling laugh, and I thought it was a true doburoku (domuroku).

The taste is simple and has no peculiarity. No, it has some peculiarities, but it is not as peculiar as it looks (muddy condition). When I put the muddy part in my mouth, I can feel sweetness. Is it the sweetness of the rice? But it is tangy. The alcohol content is 14%, and the drink is more intoxicating than the alcohol content. I think it's better with cheese or snacks after a meal than during a meal. The impression of the mouth seems to overwhelm the meal. The sweetness of the rice is a true taste (eaten) sake. It's like a delicious amazake with an alcohol content. You can taste it while feeling the starch. Why do you think they are so "muh-roo"?

Making snacks for drinks with an untrained hand... I heard that the combination of cured ham, cream cheese, and persimmon with turbid sake at the sake shop was a perfect marriage. We had only dried persimmons in our house, so we used dried persimmons! Since it's probably just before the season now for turbid sake, I'll take a suitable one that was left unsold at the Yamaya...(_ _ _,)/~~ I didn't like the idea of cured ham with persimmons, but it's a surprising match! But I might as well do without the ham... the dried persimmons and cream cheese went together like crazy! Bring the snack to your mouth and turn on the murkiness when the flavor is at its peak in your mouth! It's good, but I don't like the smell of this muddy sake. I'd like to try it next time with a dodge or a snowman!

渓流純米どむろく活性生酒どぶろく的なツブツブ感が楽しいお酒です。ドドーンと濃い感じではなく、甘酒みたいなドロドロ感も少ししかなく、爽やかで酸味のある口当たりで、どぶろくにしてはとても飲みやすいです。どぶろくはパワーがウリだと思うのですが、パワー控えめで酸味をきかせて、飲みやすいどぶろくに仕上げた感じがします。
