I bought this because I wanted to drink dobu-asobi (draft beer + doburoku) for the first time in a long time, and I thought it would be better to have a lot of dobu-asobi, so I chose the one with three times the ratio of moromi.

It's been a while since I first started drinking sake, when I picked up a bottle of "Keiryu Asashibori" based on its Monde Selection award. I'm sure you'll agree.
It's a nigori-activated sake, so I open it carefully. Mmm, about two and a half tablespoons of loss ...... is acceptable.
This is a yogurt that has a heavy aroma of milk (nyu~).
The first bite was delicious!
And then the second bite. It's probably too much information.

A lot of moromi and fizz. And the usual acidity, bitterness and sweetness ....... All of them are very assertive, "Ore ga ore ga! I'm not sure what to make of it.

To be honest, it's hard to keep drinking it.
It is possible to drink it for a joke or a story. If you want to drink it for real, you need to lighten it up a bit and get some sweetness (I'm a drinker who looks for sweetness first, then acid after 0.001 seconds).

I had a bad feeling about muddiness, but I saw this product in a magazine several times and was curious about it.
When I opened the bottle, I turned the top and bottom of the bottle over several times to make sure it was evenly distributed, and carefully opened the bottle. I thought it would make a loud popping sound, but it was surprisingly easy to open.

I bought this one as a souvenir from Nagano prefecture.
I've never had nigorizake or doburoku before, but the Endo Sake Brewery's website has a lot of information on how to open a bottle.
