It's been a while since I first started drinking sake, when I picked up a bottle of "Keiryu Asashibori" based on its Monde Selection award. I'm sure you'll agree.
It's a nigori-activated sake, so I open it carefully. Mmm, about two and a half tablespoons of loss ...... is acceptable.
This is a yogurt that has a heavy aroma of milk (nyu~).
The first bite was delicious!
And then the second bite. It's probably too much information.
Maybe there's too much information.
A lot of moromi and fizz. And the usual acidity, bitterness and sweetness ....... All of them are very assertive, "Ore ga ore ga! I'm not sure what to make of it.
In summary, the bitterness leads the attack. The rest is sweetness, moromi and shuwa shuwa. And then the bitterness teacher shuts the student up again.
To be honest, it's hard to keep drinking it.
It is possible to drink it for a joke or a story. If you want to drink it for real, you need to lighten it up a bit and get some sweetness (I'm a drinker who looks for sweetness first, then acid after 0.001 seconds).
The first sip is delicious! The reason why you feel that the first sip is good is because you drink it before you start cooking, and you feel it is good only by the sense of foam and moromi before you process the information.
