Making snacks for drinks with an untrained hand... I heard that the combination of cured ham, cream cheese, and persimmon with turbid sake at the sake shop was a perfect marriage. We had only dried persimmons in our house, so we used dried persimmons! Since it's probably just before the season now for turbid sake, I'll take a suitable one that was left unsold at the Yamaya...(_ _ _,)/~~ I didn't like the idea of cured ham with persimmons, but it's a surprising match! But I might as well do without the ham... the dried persimmons and cream cheese went together like crazy! Bring the snack to your mouth and turn on the murkiness when the flavor is at its peak in your mouth! It's good, but I don't like the smell of this muddy sake. I'd like to try it next time with a dodge or a snowman!
