Brewed by Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano Domuroku Keiryuu Activated Nama Shu Junmai This sake is new to me. When I tried it, I found it to be foul tasting (@_@). Among all the nigoris I've ever had, this is definitely the best, It is definitely the best nigori I have ever had 😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's a heaven of sludge and shuwa shuwa 😂😂. Why didn't I know about this sake? I wonder why I've lived until now without knowing about this sake 😂😂. I regret it today 😭😭😭

I thought it might be a sake similar to doburoku. I thought it was similar to doburoku, so I bought it. It is the same nigori sake, but It is quite dry. It has a slight carbonation and a refreshing feeling. Many people seemed to find it sweet, but I felt the sweetness was not so much.

Petit Petit Shuwaa‼︎ This is one word that sums up Doburoku. Among the three types of doburoku, it has a lower alcohol content and a stronger sweetness than sourness. It can be enjoyed before or after a meal. I've had a repeat three times... Holy shit, I heard they sell out around the end of summer...

I once heard that really good sake is sweet. I don't know if the reason is true or not, but people think vegetables and fruits taste better when the ingredients themselves are sweet, so it is difficult to produce sweetness with just rice, water, and koji, and sweet sake that makes you feel sweetness is really good sake. When I saw this label, I remembered this story. Then I decided to enjoy the sweet taste and drank it. In my opinion, the sweetness of doburoku is a bit different from that of sweet sake, and although Uwazumi is really sweet, I thought it was a bit too much if you ask me if it is delicious. I like sweet sake, but I was reminded that a clear sweet sake suits me better.

At the beginning of the drink, I felt a sour and bitter taste from the carbonated drink-like freshness. Some other users in other reviews felt a sweet taste, but I personally did not feel much of it and thought it was not intended for a food drink. It feels like wine, which is not my favorite alcoholic beverage.

Gradually, the levels have gone up, finally tripling! The rice feeling is amazing lol. It even stuck to the bottom of the bottle even when it was turned upside down. Still, it's good that it's still sweet and sour.
