I once heard that really good sake is sweet. I don't know if the reason is true or not, but people think vegetables and fruits taste better when the ingredients themselves are sweet, so it is difficult to produce sweetness with just rice, water, and koji, and sweet sake that makes you feel sweetness is really good sake.
When I saw this label, I remembered this story. Then I decided to enjoy the sweet taste and drank it. In my opinion, the sweetness of doburoku is a bit different from that of sweet sake, and although Uwazumi is really sweet, I thought it was a bit too much if you ask me if it is delicious.
I like sweet sake, but I was reminded that a clear sweet sake suits me better.

At the beginning of the drink, I felt a sour and bitter taste from the carbonated drink-like freshness.
Some other users in other reviews felt a sweet taste, but I personally did not feel much of it and thought it was not intended for a food drink. It feels like wine, which is not my favorite alcoholic beverage.
