Mouthfeel, very peculiar.
It has a very sweet sake taste and a very sweet aftertaste.
The speed of intoxication is great and you can get drunk at once.
I thought it might be a sake similar to doburoku.
I thought it was similar to doburoku, so I bought it.
It is the same nigori sake, but
It is quite dry.
It has a slight carbonation and a refreshing feeling.
Many people seemed to find it sweet, but I felt the sweetness was not so much.
Petit Petit Shuwaa‼︎ This is one word that sums up Doburoku.
Among the three types of doburoku, it has a lower alcohol content and a stronger sweetness than sourness. It can be enjoyed before or after a meal. I've had a repeat three times...
Holy shit, I heard they sell out around the end of summer...
I once heard that really good sake is sweet. I don't know if the reason is true or not, but people think vegetables and fruits taste better when the ingredients themselves are sweet, so it is difficult to produce sweetness with just rice, water, and koji, and sweet sake that makes you feel sweetness is really good sake.
When I saw this label, I remembered this story. Then I decided to enjoy the sweet taste and drank it. In my opinion, the sweetness of doburoku is a bit different from that of sweet sake, and although Uwazumi is really sweet, I thought it was a bit too much if you ask me if it is delicious.
I like sweet sake, but I was reminded that a clear sweet sake suits me better.
At the beginning of the drink, I felt a sour and bitter taste from the carbonated drink-like freshness.
Some other users in other reviews felt a sweet taste, but I personally did not feel much of it and thought it was not intended for a food drink. It feels like wine, which is not my favorite alcoholic beverage.
Gradually, the levels have gone up, finally tripling!
The rice feeling is amazing lol.
It even stuck to the bottom of the bottle even when it was turned upside down.
Still, it's good that it's still sweet and sour.
The drink was quite sloppy. It was quite sweet.
A slight fizzing sensation in the mouth.
Since it is a sweet sake type of drink, it is not suitable as a mid-meal drink, so it did not suit my drinking style.
Alcohol content 14%.
Rice polishing ratio 70%.
Purchased at Sake-no-Yamaya Nishinomiya Kitaguchi branch. Drink at home.
You can feel a lot of sweetness. Easy to drink.
They have about four kinds of Domuroku. This was my first time drinking this brand. I'll update this post when I can compare it within the series and with other nigorizakes.

This is too good! The sweetness is really perfect.
The sweetness is really perfect.
It was gone in an hour and a half.
I will definitely buy it again.
The 39th bottle
It's been a long time since I've had anything but autumn sake.
You can feel the grain of the rice in this sake. It's sweet from the rice, but has a refreshing aftertaste. It's the type of sake to drink slowly by itself.
I bought this because I wanted to drink dobu-asobi (draft beer + doburoku) for the first time in a long time, and I thought it would be better to have a lot of dobu-asobi, so I chose the one with three times the ratio of moromi.
I thought it would be better to have a lot of dobu-posa, so I went with the one with three times the ratio of moromi. If you drink it by itself, the strong sweetness unique to nigorizake comes directly, so it's delicious, but you'll be satisfied with a small amount.
If you mix it with beer (Sapporo Lager)...
The sweetness of the nigori matches the bitterness of the beer just right.
It's like a craft beer with a lot of flavors coming out after you put it in your mouth, and it's also interesting because it's like a traditional fermented sake from some ethnic group.
I wonder who thought it would be a good idea to mix sake and beer with different roots...
Personally, I think sake cocktails are a great way to expand the possibilities of sake.
Good evening, atsumi!
Dobu-Name! I'm very curious about this way of drinking!
I'd love to try it myself if I find a doburoku that sounds good 😆.
I'd like to try it when I find a good doburoku myself 😆 Is the ratio 50/50?
kino.
Thank you for your comment!
It depends on what you are drinking, but if you want to get the most out of the bitterness and aroma of beer and the rice flavor of sake, I recommend beer:sake=1:3 or more beer than that.
Even if the ingredients are the same, the color of the drink will vary depending on the ratio of the ingredients and the temperature (adding ice is also recommended), so I hope you enjoy the various arrangements!

The naming 🧐 is definitely conscious.
Tasty Sake in a Wine Glass Award
Sparkling SAKE category
I heard that it won the gold prize.
It has sweetness, sourness, and slight foam.
It is delicious to drink.
From the second glass, you feel like you are eating rice
while gulping down the rice😅.
The brewery is proud to say that it is the thickest doburoku in Shinano.
It's not a doburoku, but a domuroku.
The brewery prides itself on having the richest doburoku in Shinano 😋.
There's no unpleasant alcohol smell at all.
It's the type of sake you can get drunk without even knowing it.
Is it because of the brewing alcohol?
Or is it because I drank too much?
The next day you'll have a hangover 😰
