まつちよThis is the supernatant of Keiryu Domuroku from Endo Sake Brewery.
I really wanted to buy Domuroku, but it was the last day of my trip when I visited there and I had to return home by hand-carry 😅.
The top aroma is sweet with a soft acidity.
There are fine pieces of rice floating in the glass.
In the mouth, it has a rich rice sweetness with a hint of acidity.
It is sweet and thick.
It's like a Nagano sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third one is an old brewery about a 10-minute walk from Suzaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line.
Sake is made at a factory located a short distance away. ヒロ☀️

Endo Sake Brewery is famous for Naotora and Comet (Shia). The other day, I visited the brewery in search of Masamune, but unfortunately, they only sold one bottle 😭.
I was wondering if I should buy it or not... but one bottle is too much... 😓.
I saw online that they also sell four-pack bottles 👀.
I decided to just take a picture and buy a four-pack online when I got home 🤗.
It smells a little alcoholic.
Light sweetness, with a slight walnut sweetness 😚.
It goes down the throat nicely.
It had little fragrance for a Junmai Daiginjo and tasted like a traditional flavor expressed at the level of a Junmai Daiginjo 🍶.
I realized once again how steep the road to Masamune is 😓.
