A post from a while ago. This one was featured at a dinner at the G7 Hiroshima Summit ✨. It's sparkling, so the alcohol content is low, but the flavor is robust and sweet. It was very satisfying 🍾.

We went to Shizuoka for two days and one night, and arrived home early without running into traffic on the way back 🚙. We had one more post in Shizuoka, but this time we reached 556 posts ✨! [I've been thinking about what to do since Mr. Shirowama asked me to write a commemorative post using CRE 5-56, an anti-corrosion lubricant sold by Kure Kogyo 🤔. Candidates were "Rusty Cat Rock" or "Sake from Kure, Hiroshima" named after Kure Kogyo. However, I didn't get "Rusty Cat" at the Nikomaru Sake Boutique the other day, and I just drank "Amego no Tsuki", so I don't have any Kure sake in stock😅. Wait a minute 💡I remembered that Kure's sake "Senpuku" is distributed locally, so I bought it in a hurry 🤣. I'm sorry for the long introduction, but here it is this time 🍶. Senpuku Sen no Fuku Aji no Junmai Ginjo. A full, fruity, sweet rice aroma, a mellow, mellow mouthfeel, a moist sweet umami, a crisp acidity, and a mellow lingering finish. BBQ with my sister's family and my nieces and nephews at my parents' house. We enjoyed grilled sardines, shiitake mushrooms, and beef tongue 😋. By the way, there seems to be no mutual relationship between Kure Industries and Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture 🤗.

Congratulations on your 556th anniversary check-in, Jive 🎉😆. I was polishing my pruning shears with CRE5-56 while I was doing so... Proper mission indeed 🤣👍! Kure Kogyo, founded in Tokyo 😳.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama! 556 Kiri number was a bit of a head-scratcher, but I managed to get it into shape 🤣. I hope I can use the knowledge I've gained from my research for another time 🥰. It's best for the kids to have fun, but it's exhausting.

Hi, ma-ki-chan! Well, I like to force myself to make associations, so it was time for a drunken study 🤣. The kids were roasting marshmallows and doing whatever they wanted to do 🤗

Hi, 10ZG-STQ! Oh, by the way, you are from Hiroshima ✨. I've heard about the episode of the "Senpuku" sake barrel that was used as a donation box when rebuilding the Hiroshima stadium after the war, so this time the piece hooked me 🥰.

Hello, Pon-chan! At first it was difficult to come up with an idea from [CRE5-56], and the fact that you went through "Rusty Cat Rock" just before you started your story was also a factor that made it tougher 😅. I was already thinking of [Wu] as a single point 🥰.

At an eel restaurant in Shibuya. This is the first time to drink this brand. It has a moderate aroma of alcohol. It is aromatic and dry, but has a moderate sweetness. It is served cold, but it is exquisitely lukewarm, and it may be the first time to drink sake at this temperature. The sweetness of the sake is nice. Of course, it went well with eel.

On a business trip in Tokyo. With Gansu, a local dish 😊. Gentle sweetness, umami, and I think the lingering aftertaste was a bit on the dry side. I've had quite a bit to drink, so my taste buds are a bit suspect 😝.

Opened the bottle with Kamerei. Today I opened it at room temperature, so on the second day I will drink it chilled-͜-. Both are sweet and refreshing and I thought they were easy to drink.

It is said to be brewed under the theme of "intensely delicious when drunk hot," and matured at low temperatures over one summer. It is recommended to be drunk hot, but we first tried it cold. Almost no aroma, mellow and dry with a soft sense of maturity. Next, we microwaved it and had it hot. Next, I microwaved it and served it hot. The taste was smooth and round on the tongue, with an increase in umami and acidity. It's still delicious hot!
