The sparkling wine-like mouthfeel, which is not too dry, is just right for the hot summer, and the sake goes down well. The juiciness of the rice stands out and is delicious. It is not too sweet (as I like it firmly sweet), but refreshingly light sweet and sour. I recommend it to be chilled well and toasted. My husband liked it a lot. Postscript After a few days, the bubbles have settled down and the slight bitterness is like grapefruit.
