Whew. I finished the assignment for today's submission for the course I'm taking! I'm going to continue until August 😁 but 😆I took a sigh of relief 🍶 and chose this one: 💁♂️
The nose has a hint of pear, a good acidity, and a little bit of alcohol. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness is impressive, with a hint of sourness and bitterness.
Serve with grilled chicken wings. The sweet and umami taste of this sake spreads in the mouth by combining it with the collagen plump and tasty chicken wings, making them juicier and more delicious 😁Great match 😁❤️

Good evening, Komacchan!
I see you are working hard on your course: ⤴️
Thank you for your hard work 🍀
Yamagata Masamune is a brewery I remember from my honeymoon ✨It still looks delicious 😊.
I want to drink it this year 😋.
Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁.
Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginjo Aizan from Yamagata Prefecture.
It has a fruity aroma with a mild acidity, sweetness, and, most notably, a strong bitterness. The bitter taste is not unpleasant at all, but rather a delicious bitterness. The sweetness came again at the end - ☺️
Next time I'll drink it with hiya 😊.

#Mizutobe Sake Brewery
I bought it because it's my favorite sake future sake: ❗️
The aroma is fruity😃.
It's like a sake future 🍑 ‼️
Just the right amount of sweetness and gasiness.
It's very easy to drink👍
It also has a slight bitterness and a clean aftertaste👍
Very tasty 😃.
I still like Sake Mirai's sake 🍑‼️
I went to a sake event that was being held relatively close by.
I was surprised to see a bottle of sake that I had never tasted before.
I forgot to take a picture of the bottle from the very beginning 📷
It's a refreshingly juicy and shuwa shuwa, which is typical of Abe.
Yoshida Kurau Kijoshu Oak Barrel Sparkling
Refreshing carbonation, like last year's Reconstruction Assistance Sake Orange. The lid on that one was dangerous, so this year's sparkling one is now crowned.
Only for raw glasses.
Slightly acidic aroma, sweetness and sourness.
Yamagata Masamune Event Limited Sake
This sake was brewed to accompany the blissful moment of soaking in a hot spring, surrounded by hot spring water, and accompanied by dishes made with local seasonal ingredients.
It is juicy, refreshing, and easy to drink. The concept is too good, as is the taste - ♨️'s so CI📝 on this one!
Kamo Kanehide Junmai Ginjo Limited Edition
Lightly fruity, with a chirichiri umami flavor. Light, fruity, chirichiri-yumami, and refreshing.
Tenzan Sparkling
A slightly expensive version of Tenzan 🥂 Elegant, fruity rice, and dry.
It was raining, but there were food trucks and other food trucks to enjoy the food 🚚.
