Not something to drink cold😅. I tried drinking it out of the fridge, but it's not balanced 👎. This is for warming up, it's junmai after all. I'll try heating it up tomorrow. I'll try heating it up tomorrow. First time to drink sake from Kanagawa Prefecture❗️ First time drinking in a week due to various reasons 🍶. It's soaked 🥰. Next day Drinking hot sake 🍶. The sourness and bitterness disappear, and the rice flavor is mellow.

Unusually, a sake from Kanagawa was on sale, so I bought it. I would say it is a refreshing dry type of sake. It has a complex mouthfeel and is quite drinkable. It seems to be suitable for drinking slowly and steadily. It tastes like what I expected it to taste like, and I am happy that it matches my senses.

58th bottle First time drinking sake! This is the first time in a long time that I've had a dry sake that tastes like sake, since I've been drinking only sweet sake lately, but to be honest, I didn't know how different the taste of sake from other types of sake, but I drank it with care, thinking that it must be made with great care 😊.
