First time drinking sake!
This is the first time in a long time that I've had a dry sake that tastes like sake, since I've been drinking only sweet sake lately, but to be honest, I didn't know how different the taste of sake from other types of sake, but I drank it with care, thinking that it must be made with great care 😊.
Kuro-tombo is made by Izumihashi Brewery near my parents' house.
Perhaps because it is made from a traditional sake yeast, the taste is like water. I could feel the alcohol in the throat after drinking it, but it was the first time for me.
It's not as habit-forming as I thought, and it's easy to drink.
The aroma of rice spreads in the mouth and is delicious.
There is a little bitterness, but if you match it with a meal
you will not be bothered.
This sake has a refreshing, rice-like quality to it. I drank it cold, but it's definitely good to drink it warm. I've come to realize that there are a lot of delicious sake in the Kanto area today.
