Abu-gun, Yamaguchi Prefecture. Abu-no-Tsuru Sake Brewing Joint-Stock Company.
Miyoshi Junmai Ginjo
Purchased at a maniacal liquor store taken by Mr. Bouken.
I had it with cold sake.
The top aroma is a slight leesiness with a hint of malted rice.
On the palate, there is leesiness, but it is not creamy.
The taste has a unique and refreshing flavor with a slight grapefruitiness due to the synergy of the gentle sweetness, acidity, and lees.
Bouken said it was better on the second day, so I tried it again the next day, and it was interesting to see the acidity settle down and the unique cleanness change.
The label is also unique and memorable.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malted rice (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake purchased when Nemuchi and I went to a liquor store in Kitasenri. I think we both bought the same sake.
According to the liquor store's website, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It has a rummy atmosphere and a unique sweetness that I have never had before. It has a grapefruit-like taste, too.
There is also quite a bit of acidity. I would like to try many other Abu-no-Tsuru sakes.
Maybe it is better after the second day than freshly opened?
bouken, I bought the same one here 😊 and it's still waiting in the fridge 👍I haven't had a turn to drink it yet, but if it's unfiltered raw sake, I'd better open the bottle as soon as possible 😅.

Slightly effervescent and sharp, but with a bitter taste. The aftertaste is fruity.
It has a firm taste. It is slightly drier than Toyo's.
When I went on a business trip to Shunan City in Yamaguchi Prefecture, I visited Espoir YAMADAYA near Tokuyama Station, where the staff recommended this bottle to me after I told them about my various preferences.
As the name suggests, it is gorgeous and fruity, but it also has a gentle and mildly mellow taste. It also has a strong acidity and umami, but it is not heavy, so it soaks in and disappears quickly. This is delicious!
This series is based on sake brewed in 2020 and blended with sake from 2023.

A gift 🎁😆😆 from chikumo
Thank you very much.
Gentle elegant sweet aroma with
Refreshing sweetness
It has a bitter taste like grapefruit when mixed with a little bitterness.
Delicious!
It goes well with broiled eel, steamed egg custard, conger eel sashimi, horse mackerel, and pickled radish.
It goes really well with ✨👍
Really delicious sake 😋!
This is my first Miyoshi.
I wanted to drink a normal one, but this time it's this one.
The label is too cool! Too austere.
Is it the aroma of ancient rice? It is a unique aroma, but I like it. It is fruity and sweet, but the acidity and spiciness make it refreshing.
I like it because it reminds me of the 80 of Oroku.
