Miyoshi Junmai Ginjo, 100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Alcohol 16%, 1,800 yen without tax
The nose has a nose of apples and pears. In the mouth, it has a rather strong fruity sweetness accompanied by acidity. The sweetness is honey-like but light. The flavor is strong and firm on the tongue. It finishes with a sharp, weak bitterness and a fresh acidity. A well-balanced sake with sweet, sour, umami, and bitter flavors.
Preferred [S].
Today I went to a liquor store in Ichinomiya after a long time 🤗.
First time in 2 years on the www.
I️ was able to get the bitter melon I️ was looking for.
The clerk recommended Toyobai No.8 yeast, so I bought some on the way 🤣.
I lost my allowance right away!
But I don't regret it 🤣👍
I️ will open the bottle now!
The aroma is subdued and almost odorless, but there's a hint of apple 😄.
The taste is also apple-like, but the acidity is sharp and bitter 😅💦, probably because it's a summer sake.
I think it's good as a food sake.
Not my cup of tea as I like to drink it by itself 💦.
The first sip has a good sweetness and umami from the rice, but the bitterness is not my favorite 💦.
Well, if it's a fire-brewed type, the bitterness will be less, so I'll buy a fire-brewed type next time I encounter it ✌︎('omega'✌︎ )
Good evening, Masa ☝︎ ՞ਊ՞՞☝︎😃
By any chance, you are using most of your allowance to buy sake❓
Didn't you just get an allowance the other day 🤔.
I love your attitude👍
Good morning, Mr. Sieg Jikon 😄😄 Of course I bought all the money for Sake.
Of course, all the money is for sake purchase 😅💦It's only two days since I have 10,000 yen allowance, so it's just for a moment (tsudo).

I drank it in August 2020, but it was sold in August 2022, so I bought it!
I bought it because it was on sale!
I drank it in 2020 after Mr. Abe quit and this time after his obituary. The Mukozugu Peninsula is Mr. Abe's home!
In a sense, he passed away after raising an issue, so it is to be appreciated as such.
Slightly vinegary with a strong acidity, it has a fruity quality characteristic of rice!
The acidity is closer to Nishiki world than to dryness.
I wonder if it doesn't have the sweetness of Miyoshi's rice feeling.
One more and it will go to 100! Looking for a good sake!
First time drinking Miyoshi.
Aroma is slightly semedai. It has a strong sweetness like a soft peach. It has an image similar to Toyo Bijin, a sake from the same Yamaguchi Prefecture.
