A little spicy and refreshing. You can taste the umami of the rice, and you can also feel the alcohol taste of the honjozo. But none of the flavor elements assert themselves and disappear quickly and refreshingly.
I was not expecting this from a small 180 ml bottle of a drink comparison gift, but it is quite tasty. It's a food sake that goes with everything! Love it!

The owner of the Meidijo branch recommended it to me, and I tasted it and bought it immediately.
It is a blend of special junmai sake and daiginjo.
It has a clean and refreshing taste and the flavor of the rice spreads gently in the mouth.
I'm glad I bought it.
I drank it cold this time, but would like to try it warmed.

My husband bought a small bottle of it, so here it is tonight.
Funao Taki, which is often seen in supermarkets around here.
I did not buy it because I saw it too much.
The consumer psychology which doesn't easily buy the thing which can always buy it.
It had a nice aroma and was easy to drink and a little sweet.
It is all gone.
Tonight's menu, again cod shirako ponzu (yuck, the best), raw tuna sashimi, and so on, was of course prepared by my husband.

The aroma is apple-like. I started to drink it with cold sake, but it tastes better when the temperature rises a little.

寿梨庵
All Gunma, Maifu Drinking Set. I drank Funaotaki when I was in Gunma for a while, but I'm not sure what kind of sake I drank.
This is also a special junmai made with Gunma G2 yeast.
It has a pale yama-buki color with a faint banana aroma. It is gentle and clean on the palate, and after showing a gorgeous expression, it finishes with a delicious taste. It is the lightest and easiest to drink, but has a strong umami in the back. The good points of the special junmai come out and it is beautifully put together.
