This is the first time I've seen this warehouse.
The rice used is Maikaze.
As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event.
The mouthfeel is mild.
It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma.
It gently finishes with a hint of umami.
It seems to have a lot of depth.
Well-balanced and cohesive sake.

A little spicy and refreshing. You can taste the umami of the rice, and you can also feel the alcohol taste of the honjozo. But none of the flavor elements assert themselves and disappear quickly and refreshingly.
I was not expecting this from a small 180 ml bottle of a drink comparison gift, but it is quite tasty. It's a food sake that goes with everything! Love it!
