On the way back from touring Lake Haruna, we stopped by a sake brewery and found a nice sake. It is delicious both cold and at room temperature. It is dry and full-bodied.
I had it with 300ml cold sake. It is a good sake for sashimi, fried food, and anything else that goes well with food. You can also taste the sweetness of the rice.
The sake I drank at a soba (buckwheat noodle) restaurant in Sugamo was so delicious that I immediately went to visit a sake brewery to purchase some.
I have recently become addicted to sake, and it seems that my motorcycle tours of sake breweries are becoming more and more frequent.
