Junmai sake. It is not gorgeous, but it is very easy to drink!
The last sake of the year 🍶...so I chose this one, a bottle perfect for drinking for a long time, very easy to drink with low alcohol content, a little bit light but 😅 delicious! I wish you all a happy new year 🙇🏻♂️
Happy New Year, Takku0103 🌅!
This is the kind of drink you might like to have on New Year's Eve in a relaxed atmosphere 🤗.
Please look forward to working with us again this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
It's been a while since I've had a drink.
I just realized it's low alcohol.
I can drink it smoothly.

The alcohol content is low, but it has a strong sake flavor. It is an inexpensive sake, but the taste is so good that it does not make you feel that way.
It has a fairly clear mouthfeel, with a hint of sweetness from the rice that flows through the body without lingering afterwards.
It offers a light and pleasant way to enjoy.
As a person who likes to enjoy eating food that is not too much, it is a pleasure to enjoy it with this kind of flavor.

Slightly sweet but with a strong umami flavor!
No peculiarities!

Encounter with a colleague who came from Hirosaki for education.
He said, "I'll be here all October, so let's drink!
The party started with a single word: "I'll be here all through October, so let's drink! When I opened the door, there were less than 10 of my seniors and juniors of the same generation. They are all friends who ate from the same pot in their youth at the same workplace.
It had been a long time since we had seen each other, and we were all counting the amount we drank and ate at Yoronotaki, but the party was a lot of fun.
As we talked about the old days and complained about our jobs, we lamented the decline of technology in the field as mechanics and reminisced about the days when harassment was not such a big deal. We are the generation that can talk about such things with a smile.
Oh, no! We are all getting old, aren't we?
The team that had not had enough to drink went to the second bar. And so, we went to the second bar.
We entered the store with bottles of Toyo Sake lined up in a row! We entered the store and had a glass of sake from here.
I don't feel much of the Kamitatekko (aroma).
The first sip has a refreshing sweetness, followed by a thick umami flavor. The aftertaste is a little alcoholic, but it is quickly settled by the acidity and bitterness at the end.
It is a dry, umami taste! It's good!
Thank you for the sake!

Light, refreshing ✨, still feels relatively thin. Lemon water 🍋The origin of the "n" is "unme" apparently 🤔Hiragai no string yaki, yummy. It has a nice crunch 😋.
