We often encounter this type of sake at "Nouye".
Light, easy to drink, not too strong, light taste.
It was quite different from Toyobai
It is difficult to describe in detail, but even I could feel the difference!

I drank it at a company sake party and it went down easy and was very smooth to drink. The person who brought it to the party said it was his favorite, so much so that he keeps it at home and never misses it 😊.
