My family was going on a trip, so I asked them to buy some! I asked them to buy it for me. I was attracted to this sake because of its name "N". The first time I opened the bottle, I had the impression that it was smooth, but the aftertaste had a nice tang and sharpness.
The name is said to have come from the Japanese word "mame.
It tasted like something you could drink every day and never get tired of (I was too drunk to remember).
It has a subtle, pleasant aroma. When drunk, it is quite refreshing and has a crisp finish. As a food sake, it is easy to enjoy with low alcohol content. Delicious, highly recommended.
Yesterday, February 14, was Valentine's Day, but for me, who works the night shift, it was my second checkup of the fiscal year 🏥.
It's been a month since my knee injury, and I've been concentrating on treatment so I haven't been able to exercise, but I'm relieved to see that my weight has dropped to the target number 😁.
After the checkup, I enjoyed a glass of sake that my uncle gave me when he came back home at the end of the year 🍶.
Junmai Sake
A bottle of sake that is described as "evening sake" produced by the Miura Sake Brewery, which also brews Toyobai.
This time, we were given a large bottle of sake, so we drank it cold and hot to compare!
[Cold sake]
It has a clear, faint apple aroma, an apple-like sweetness on the palate, and a refreshing aftertaste that starts with the umami and finishes with a crisp finish.
Aomori Sashimi [Sashimi of Soi from Aomori] is a good match with the light umami and a hint of sweetness, and the low alcohol content of 13° makes it easy to drink with a hint of sweetness and freshness.
[Hot sake]
The warm apple-like aroma, the hot umami, and the sourness of the apples give it a fruity aftertaste.
The dish [Dote-ni] is too rich in flavor and the sake is a bit overpowering, but it goes well with the local specialty [Ajitsuke Tara].
[The ajitate-tara goes well with cold sake, and the moderate saltiness and cod flavor, along with a hint of sweetness, perfectly complement each other, making it easy to drink too much in the long night.

We often encounter this type of sake at "Nouye".
Light, easy to drink, not too strong, light taste.
It was quite different from Toyobai
It is difficult to describe in detail, but even I could feel the difference!
