Although it is called "sweet," it was not so sweet and did not interfere with the food, but was very refreshing. I had a shareholder's special discount for a reasonable price, so I went here with my wife, Bibi, again this evening. Although not shown in the photo, we had firefly squid tempura, salmon halas, etc., and finished with nigirizushi. The 20% off + 3000 yen discount is very effective.

Limited brewery release - Echino Yatsuho Junmai Genmai Sake At Furusato Village, I chose a gift for my relative and got a gift certificate three times in a row with the gara-pon ticket I received. Is it lucky this year? I got a gift certificate for a bottle I was interested in at Furusato Village. The brewery is located in Kita-ku, Niigata City, formerly known as "Hatta Sake Brewery. The name of the brewery was "Hatta Sake Brewery" when it was founded. The name of the brewery was given in the hope that the customers and the brewery would become prosperous together in the same way as the number eight. The design of the family crest, which seems unlikely to be a design of eight circles, and the reason for the design were not known. The black and gold label is very Japanese and cool. It was almost transparent, slightly yellow in color, and had a full rice aroma. Aroma of rich rice. Fresh and smooth in the mouth. The taste is full of acidity, astringency, and rich umami. The bitter taste spreads quickly and disappears. It has a clear, crisp, dry taste. When heated up, it is like a pure sake. Koshinohappoho Echigo Hiyoroshi Matured Kura-OI Junmai Sake Checking in at the 83rd brewery in Niigata. Echigo Shuzo Brewery is one of two breweries located in Kita-ku, Niigata City. The other is DHC Brewery. The locations of the two breweries are very close to each other. The Echigo Sake Brewery is a genuine low-temperature environment handmade brewery that is particular about rice, water, people, and the climate. This is their matured hiyaoroshi. Gentle aroma and soft mouthfeel. Soft and gentle taste in the mouth The taste is calm with a gentle astringent taste. It flows gently. It has a dry, umami taste with a slight lingering aftertaste. The lingering aftertaste is not unpleasant. I finished the re-check of my physical examination. I don't know what the result will be, but I'm launching by myself. Health is the most important thing for good sake drinking.
