Purchased at the Abeno Harukas sake tour about a month ago.
It was a great product that I decided to buy immediately, but they were sold out of Shogou!
I bought a small bottle with the sweet sake.
It is light but has a thick core, dry, and moderate umami!
It was the best of its type.
When I asked if it could be heated up to hot, they said they'd rather try it hot.
If so, it was the best hot sake!
It's a very light and dry sake that makes the best use of the heat!
Mr. Ota is a rerun of Izakaya Heritage!
Yokosuka's Izakaya Ginji was full of charm and I would love to go there when the new colo goes extinct!
You're here!
And you got 1 comment!
I'm not sure what to expect, but I'm sure I'll be able to find it!
I'm sorry to admit that I'm not familiar with ........., but that's what makes this ministry so unique.
Well done!
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Shinjou-san: 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I was more interested in the sweet one, but this one looks good for eating too ❣️ I was talking to my liquor store the other day about how good sake is because the more you get used to it, the cheaper it is 😁.
Good morning, Shinjou-san! (^o^)
Congratulations on your 400th check-in!
I have not had a chance to try Niigata's sake... (^_^; )
I'm sure everyone is enjoying the sake tour!
Mr. Sakaeran (********)
Thank you for letting us know!
I saw Echino Yatsuho for the first time too, but it was so popular that it sold out!
I know I'm posting a lot of unpopular sake, but please keep up the good work!
Mr. Pon-chan (´´Oh, my God...)
Thank you very much.
Something about me is that I have a hardcore poor tongue, and I preferred cheap drinks before I got used to them!
The sweet sake was good with natto and thin fried tofu for me.
I guess there are a lot of food sake here in general
Mr. Kumagai(´´)
Thank you very much.
I prefer dry sake, and I use Niigata sake a lot, followed by Nada sake which is close to my hometown, so there is a difference in the edge depending on the type.
Sales events are the most fun!
I hope to go to more after the new colo!
Congratulations on your 400 check-in ㊗️, Shinsho! 🎊I have enjoyed your posts so far, including your joys and sorrows, and I hope you will continue to issue your unique opinions 😄 I look forward to hearing from you 🎵.
Yum yum mr.
Thank you very much.
Is it joy, anger, sorrow, or pleasure?
I didn't mean it that way, but maybe it's because I'm drunk.
I must be careful not to be banned permanently for speaking out of turn.
Hirupeko-san.
Thank you very much.
The brewery's professional recommendation is to drink it at any temperature.
It's good at all temperatures, so it makes me want to drink more!
I wish I had a bottle of Yong...
Congratulations on 400 check-ins, Shinjou! ㊗️
I always enjoy the dialogue in your posts and comments.
I have not yet visited Ginji in Yokosuka, and am curious about it because of Mr. Ota's three best yudofu in Japan👍.
Mr. Hiraccio (´´Oh, my God...)
Thank you.
It is always helpful to learn from you.
I'm sorry for my rambling sentences when I'm drunk.
The atmosphere of the restaurant and the yudofu!
It's hard to find a good yudofu restaurant!
I bought this about a month ago at the sake tour in Abeno Harukas.
I tasted the Echigo dry sake and was afraid to drink it because it was rated -10 on the sake scale, but I was told that it was not that sweet.
Even when heated, it doesn't fall apart and looks beautiful.
It was so good that I bought a set of the dry sake.
I don't drink a lot of ogara-mi and daiginjo, so even if I say it's too good, they usually ask for it at these meetings.
I don't like them as much as the dry ones, but the ones from here were rather good!
In fact, I even wondered if I should buy the ogara-mi!
I'd like to buy it again because I feel it's a good match with the sake brewer.
I guess it takes a lot of time and effort, but when I say that I don't drink Daiginjo, I get a lot of disappointment.
I apologize for my poor tongue!
Shinjou-san, this is my day 🙋.
I've had a sweet sake before, but it doesn't seem as sweet as the alcohol content. I wonder if it's sweeter when heated up? I can't remember if I tried heating it up when I looked at my review 😅
Thank you for your time.
I wanted a quad, but there were only a few 300.
At 10, the image is quite sweet, but this is quite light.
I think it's sweet compared to dry.
It doesn't become so sweet when heated.
Although it is called "sweet," it was not so sweet and did not interfere with the food, but was very refreshing.
I had a shareholder's special discount for a reasonable price, so I went here with my wife, Bibi, again this evening. Although not shown in the photo, we had firefly squid tempura, salmon halas, etc., and finished with nigirizushi.
The 20% off + 3000 yen discount is very effective.
Echigo-Hachiho" booth, Echigo Sake Brewery Co.
I wondered about the label, which I had never seen before, so I asked a question that would have been asked almost the same way.
I said, "This label that looks like a family crest is..."
The brewer: "Oh, people always say it looks like a Rokubun Sen, but it has nothing to do with that (laughs)."
(Laughs)" "Limited Kuradashi Koshinohatoyo Junmai Genshu
Koshinohatoyo Junmai Ginjo
Koshinohatoyo Ochigarami
All of them were quite sturdy...
They all had a classical feel to them...
I only remember that "ORIGARAMI" was the best.
Meishu Center Ochanomizu
Polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol content 15-16
Rice / Koji used Rice (domestic) / Koji (domestic)
Date of production 2022.01
Sake from Niigata
It is junmai (pure rice) but a little tight.
Not sure when the bottle was opened.
Not much alcohol has been removed.
But I'm not sure if it's not milder or if it's just tougher to begin with...
or is it originally more harsh than that?

Limited brewery release - Echino Yatsuho Junmai Genmai Sake
At Furusato Village, I chose a gift for my relative and got a gift certificate three times in a row with the gara-pon ticket I received.
Is it lucky this year?
I got a gift certificate for a bottle I was interested in at Furusato Village.
The brewery is located in Kita-ku, Niigata City, formerly known as "Hatta Sake Brewery.
The name of the brewery was "Hatta Sake Brewery" when it was founded.
The name of the brewery was given in the hope that the customers and the brewery would become prosperous together in the same way as the number eight.
The design of the family crest, which seems unlikely to be a design of eight circles, and the reason for the design were not known.
The black and gold label is very Japanese and cool.
It was almost transparent, slightly yellow in color, and had a full rice aroma.
Aroma of rich rice.
Fresh and smooth in the mouth.
The taste is full of acidity, astringency, and rich umami.
The bitter taste spreads quickly and disappears.
It has a clear, crisp, dry taste.
When heated up, it is like a pure sake.
It has a strong, light and dry taste, just like
The very essence of Japanese sake.

★★★☆☆☆
It has a beautiful mouthfeel for a sake made with 70% polished rice, but it leaves a peculiar bitterness or a bitter taste in the aftertaste. It is not so bad as a food sake, but it is not pleasant. 5.5/10
Echigo Hiyoroshi] Matured Kurawaki
Sake from my trip to Niigata 🍶.
I was going to drink it hot at camp, but I brought it back.
Today's dish is grilled hokke!
I think I'll try heating it up a little.
