It finishes dry with a slightly delayed bitterness.

I think it's a spicy and tasty type of sake, not a light one.

This is also a brand new to me!
It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice.

GANKI Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
It's a stable Gangui!
This one is a rich, mellow, sweet and delicious sake.
But it is also full of bitterness and sharpness, so this one went down the esophagus easily too 😁. T.KISOGood evening, Haruei Chichi 😄.
I would love to try Gangui's raw sake 💕.

This is also a brand I've never had before!
Although it is dry, it is surprisingly fruity!
It has a clean and crisp taste, so it went in easily.

Today I achieved it 🙌!
To be honest, I was a bit disappointed to see that I reached it before I knew it in the December ranking, so I'm going to enjoy the feeling of accomplishment by drinking this one, which was the last one in the November ranking!
I'm going out for a drink though 😁.
