Well-balanced, mellow taste.
#Nihon-shu
I can't smell the ginjo aroma because my nose is dead.
It's so sad.
I think I can somehow sense the gorgeousness of the aroma.
I also feel sweetness,
I think I like this one the best in the comparison.
It goes down my throat so smoothly that I can't help smiling.
It was full-bodied, with a strong sour and bitter taste. It was more of an assertive sake than a complement to the dishes, but for some reason it was an excellent partner for corn and other vegetable tempura.
Limited-edition Junmai Genzake, domestic rice, 70%, 17%.
It has a slight sweetness at first, followed by a strong bitterness, astringency, and dryness. It is truly light and dry.
Echino Hachiho Echigo sweet Junmai-shu, 4-step brewing, 15-16% 70%, 720ml, 1091 yen
I often drink Echino Yatsuho as a regular sake at Beniton, a chain izakaya in my neighborhood, but this is the first time I have purchased it at a liquor store. Beniton's sake is a simple dry sake, but this bottle is "Echigo-no-sweet".
The first sip gave the impression of a trendy flavor. It is slightly thickened and the sweetness of the four-step brewing process is recommended in a glass of wine.
At -10, the value is also fairly sweet.
I guess a dry one would suit my constitution better.
It is a subsidiary of Ozeki since 1986. The low price is appreciated.

The annual "Pon Shukan" "Sake Tasting Bansho" drinking comparison 🍶 on a trip back home to my parents' house.
I will introduce Niigata's sake, so please bear with me ☀.
Sweet aroma like strawberry 🍓.
Mellow and fruity but still noticeably sweet 😉.
If you have a sweet tooth 🎵
I am currently back home in Nagoya.
After taking the Shinkansen to Nagoya, I have a year-end party with my wife at a restaurant near Nagoya Station, and then we go back to my parents' house.
This year, we had chicken wings at Furaibo.
At the end of the meal, we had a bottle of Koshino-Hachitoyo. It has a full-bodied taste with a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink, so it goes well with all kinds of food.
We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club!
Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆.
The 4th glass!
Koshino-Hachiho Junmai Sake
This is also a brand new to me!
It is a light and dry sake with the main flavor of rice.
It is a typical food sake that does not interfere with the taste of the meal.

It is said to be Echigo's dry sake, but I still don't know what dry means.
I don't know if it means this feeling of spiciness in the throat.
