Koshino-Hachiho Niigata Sake Rank: Junmai-shu Alcohol content: 15° to 16° C Rice polishing ratio: 70 Rice used: Gohyakumangoku etc. Sake degree: +5 Total acidity: 1.4 Amino acidity: 1.4 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) It is said to be Echigo's dry sake, but I still don't know what dry means. I don't know if it means this feeling of spiciness in the throat.

I went to Yadai Sushi with my bibi wife. The food was mainly from the new menu and ended with an assortment of nigirizushi. Koshino-Hachitoyo was sweet but refreshing and easy to drink. It doesn't interfere with the taste of sushi and other dishes. Since we have a shareholder special benefit, the price was quite reasonable.

As a reminder of the sake I received the other day. This sake is quite dry and light. It is not fruity or has a strong rice flavor, so it is not sharp in a good way. Very good as a food sake👍

Light sourness and subtle bitterness spread on the palate. Alcoholic taste is light and easy to drink. It leaves a sweet taste in the throat, so if you don't like it, it may not be suitable for you. Amame (sweet soybean)

Koshinohakuho Echigo Shuzojo Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture Junmai Ginjo, 60% polished rice ratio, 15-16% ALC This is a sake from Niigata that I passed on to Omotesando Nespresso 😃. I was going to enjoy it alternately with the sake I bought in Toyama, but when I heard about the arrival of this sake from a familiar store, I couldn't help but drop by the store like a scrap of iron attracted by a magnet 🤗. I opened the bottle from the cold sake state that was firmly chilled in the fridge and enjoyed it 😊. I enjoyed it 😊. Pouring it into the cup, a subtle and gentle ginjo aroma comes wafting in 😘. It feels slightly sweet on the palate though, It is a delicious sake with a sharp taste 🥰. Omotesando Nespresso: 20230331 purchased, image, 20230416 opened

Purchased at the Abeno Harukas sake tour about a month ago. It was a great product that I decided to buy immediately, but they were sold out of Shogou! I bought a small bottle with the sweet sake. It is light but has a thick core, dry, and moderate umami! It was the best of its type. When I asked if it could be heated up to hot, they said they'd rather try it hot. If so, it was the best hot sake! It's a very light and dry sake that makes the best use of the heat! Mr. Ota is a rerun of Izakaya Heritage! Yokosuka's Izakaya Ginji was full of charm and I would love to go there when the new colo goes extinct!

Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Shinjou-san: 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I was more interested in the sweet one, but this one looks good for eating too ❣️ I was talking to my liquor store the other day about how good sake is because the more you get used to it, the cheaper it is 😁.

Mr. Sakaeran (********) Thank you for letting us know! I saw Echino Yatsuho for the first time too, but it was so popular that it sold out! I know I'm posting a lot of unpopular sake, but please keep up the good work!

Mr. Pon-chan (´´Oh, my God...) Thank you very much. Something about me is that I have a hardcore poor tongue, and I preferred cheap drinks before I got used to them! The sweet sake was good with natto and thin fried tofu for me. I guess there are a lot of food sake here in general

Mr. Kumagai(´´) Thank you very much. I prefer dry sake, and I use Niigata sake a lot, followed by Nada sake which is close to my hometown, so there is a difference in the edge depending on the type. Sales events are the most fun! I hope to go to more after the new colo!

Yum yum mr. Thank you very much. Is it joy, anger, sorrow, or pleasure? I didn't mean it that way, but maybe it's because I'm drunk. I must be careful not to be banned permanently for speaking out of turn.

Hirupeko-san. Thank you very much. The brewery's professional recommendation is to drink it at any temperature. It's good at all temperatures, so it makes me want to drink more! I wish I had a bottle of Yong...

Congratulations on 400 check-ins, Shinjou! ㊗️ I always enjoy the dialogue in your posts and comments. I have not yet visited Ginji in Yokosuka, and am curious about it because of Mr. Ota's three best yudofu in Japan👍.

Mr. Hiraccio (´´Oh, my God...) Thank you. It is always helpful to learn from you. I'm sorry for my rambling sentences when I'm drunk. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the yudofu! It's hard to find a good yudofu restaurant!

I bought this about a month ago at the sake tour in Abeno Harukas. I tasted the Echigo dry sake and was afraid to drink it because it was rated -10 on the sake scale, but I was told that it was not that sweet. Even when heated, it doesn't fall apart and looks beautiful. It was so good that I bought a set of the dry sake. I don't drink a lot of ogara-mi and daiginjo, so even if I say it's too good, they usually ask for it at these meetings. I don't like them as much as the dry ones, but the ones from here were rather good! In fact, I even wondered if I should buy the ogara-mi! I'd like to buy it again because I feel it's a good match with the sake brewer. I guess it takes a lot of time and effort, but when I say that I don't drink Daiginjo, I get a lot of disappointment. I apologize for my poor tongue!

Shinjou-san, this is my day 🙋. I've had a sweet sake before, but it doesn't seem as sweet as the alcohol content. I wonder if it's sweeter when heated up? I can't remember if I tried heating it up when I looked at my review 😅

Thank you for your time. I wanted a quad, but there were only a few 300. At 10, the image is quite sweet, but this is quite light. I think it's sweet compared to dry. It doesn't become so sweet when heated.
