The weather is getting warmer!
Summer sake with many blue bottles is nice, but this time I was attracted to the orange labels!

I think this kind of sake is really wonderful.
The freshness you feel just by putting it in your mouth. The light bitterness and umami that can be felt at the same time. It sinks in a teacup at room temperature. The taste is pure and unadorned, just like the haze on the label.
According to Sake-no-Wawa, they also offer a draft sake in winter. I want to get it somehow.

First of all, I love the message on the back of the label✨.
From the message, one would expect a gentle, mild sake, but the entrance is modest, with a tight aroma reminiscent of dry acidity.
I thought the temperature might be a little too high, but I waited for a while. I waited for a while.
The dry acidity felt at the entrance was gentle, and it was combined with a refined, slightly swelling umami, and the sharpness started out gentle and ended up crisp and dry.
While the acidity is in the foreground from start to finish, the umami gently swells up in the mouth.
The gentle taste in the middle part of this ☺️ is delicious 🍶.
I had it with "Shrimp, corn, and jakoten no somen". It was a great match ✨✨.

On my way back from visiting the Kawazu cherry blossoms on the Yotsuura Peninsula in Tsukumi, I bought a bottle at the Manabu Ikeda Sake Shop by the Daichi Sake Brewery.
The head brewer of Daichi Sake Brewery happened to be there, and when I told him what I liked, he chose two bottles for me.
It was full and had a gentle smell of rice.
It is quite dry and acidic, with a bitter nigori taste that lingers in the mouth.
