もよもよ
It is a sake from Oita, and the current brewer, Mr. Ikeda, took over the Daichi family, which was the original brewer, in 2019. The Hanashimi brand itself seems to be relatively new, released at that time. We were given a bottle of raw sake, which probably doesn't come around very often.
It was quite delicious to drink. It has the fruity taste of nama-shu, but also brings out the flavor of the rice. The taste is like a melon with black honey, or is this what yeast No. 9 is usually like?
It is a brand that is not often seen in the Kanto area, but I think the level is quite high.
